Johnny Depp Trial: Depp back on stand after Kate Moss testifies he did not push her down stairs

- Supermodel Kate Moss testified Wednesday on behalf of Johnny Depp about a staircase rumor in his bombshell defamation trial against Amber Heard.
Moss, 48, testified via live video link that Depp never pushed her down the stairs. The cat walker and Depp, who dated in the 90s, have remained good friends.
Moss confirmed that she had taken a vacation to Jamaica with Depp in the 1990s.
"Johnny left the room before I did. There had been a rainstorm. As I left the room, I slid down the stairs and hurt my back and I screamed because I did not know what had happened to me and I was in pain,. He came running back to help me and carried me back to my room and got me medical attention," said Moss.
When asked about being pushed down the stairs Moss replied:
"He never pushed me, kicked me or threw down any steps."

Also his lawyers were objecting to showing the jury other photos of him around the Orient Express time. Question is, if what JD was saying was the truth, why the hesitation to publicly release the photos? And the text message "I NEED I WANT I TAKE" - he claimed either AH's lawyers fabricated it or that he gave his phone to someone who wrote it! What a joke! Accusing a LAWYER of fabricating a text message (which can be easily verified by calling JD's mobile provider) is not going to sit well with the jury. Sorry Depp fans, but the best outcome for JD would be he's let off lightly due to absence of proof beyond reasonable doubt that he's an abuser.
