    The other note on the MDA is to check the NOTAMS first. The MDA for VOR/GPS 25 has been NOTAM'd at 1,000' for a long time now.

      Louis, correct... not sure why the FAA doesn't simply change the MDA from 920' to 1000' permanently. Wayne

    Great video thanks! Quick question…take off mins are 2,600? That’s not really low ifr, is it? How do you define low ifr?

      John, thanks for watching! Standard Takeoff Minimums do not pertain to Part 91 aircraft (as most General Aviation aircraft are). FAA defines Low IFR as visibility
