I’m sorry, this game has English voices??? Heck yes!!! ❤️
do they also have Japanese language? when english isn't mother tongue, it always strange when they speak english😅
Question: The tutorial actually discourages you from grinding becuase it mentions that negative affection or whatever effect the enemies have the more you kill them. But then you mention you had to still grind, so should I grind away since im still early on the game?
I did because there was no other way to beat the first boss without it. You could spend time trying to find the most powerful weapons too, but that will also mean you’ll fight. It’s kind of a lose lose there.
@@NoisyPixelNews I think then that I will try grinding away then to see how it goes for me xD.
This is getting a physical release for Switch soon from LRG. I wonder if the game has been patched since this review with better quality of life improvements.
Second that.
Do you think all these problems can be fix with one update
Yep lots of quality of life updates would help for sure
@@NoisyPixelNews Any idea if they're fixed the issues you described yet? The Switch version is getting a physical release and it does look cute as. Thanks for the review!
I played the demo and it looks like a fun game.
Didn't really have any problems with the difficulty but the characters were around level 20 on the demo...
I think hitting the same enemy with their weakness it increases your damage multiplier.
How long did it take you to finish a single playthrough?
It’s a very long game that can take over 40 hours
@@NoisyPixelNews Cool. Thanks.
Impressive for their first attempt.
Hopefully they'll fix some stuff in future updates...
Oh, and by the way, I played the demo again to check something and the difficulty was set to "easy" by default... I'm an idiot xD
No wonder the difficulty felt... well, easy :p
I apologize
I'll keep this one on my "To play list".
Keep up the good work!
@@prototypex28 definitely keep it on your play list, I been having fun with it. First boss is really annoying cause he can one shot Jordan (the red haired girl). What I did was have her defend while the other character attacked and only use her to heal crossing fingers that the boss would not attack her on that turn. I was able to beat him on my third attempt like that on normal :)
@@NoisyPixelNews Wow, then the length really justifies the price. I'll buy it.
Easy pass on this, thanks for your review.
Thanks for the review! Was actually looking at this on GOG had no idea it was on Switch, prefer my RPGs on the Switch to be honest.
Probably snag on sale. Seems cute & fun bit different. Some of the things like the dungeon crawling and hud seem pretty typical of Japanese dungeon crawling RPGs of this nature. In the middle of Moero Chronicle H and it seems way too easy breezy the challenge in this might be refreshing. Tbh I'm sold 😅
I was wondering how this game would turn out, given it's notorious development process with 3 failed kickstarters. So far the answer to that seems to be... boringly average.
DAMn...
Visual novels.....ugh! 🤮
Yikes, I was interested until I saw what the dungeon crawling part looked like :I
