hello all, i'm currently sick and my voice is not playing nice for recording new work, but this was a video that i've been wanting to reupload for a while now so it seemed like a suitable time to do so. this video has had parts of it removed to make it more youtube-friendly, and i've also spliced in the ending from the extended cut, so that for its purpose as a hypnotic audio it now has a wakener section as well.

I honestly really love this audio in a non-spicy context. It’s soft and sweet and full of trust. James is a person who feels emotion very strongly but is very skilled at keeping this emotions from spilling over the surface of a calm, cool facade. It’s interesting to see both his Imperium and Canon universe versions share that trait.

When this audio was first released I was intrigued but scared all at once. Like every video on the Redacted Audio channel, it’s never just an audio, it’s a full on experience. I was already drawn in with the friends to lovers trope (my favorite) but then became even more invested with the telepathy. Friends to lovers, when done right just leaves a pleasant taste in your mouth. I love the connection and trust that builds up over time, reaching this point of not being able to hold back anymore. Being on the edge of always wanting to say something, deepen the connection, but not knowing when is the right moment. The back and forth is excruciatingly painful, but there is this constant hope, the right moment will come.
With telepathy, the connection with another runs deeper and trust becomes even more important. I wasn’t ready for the experience and took my time with this audio, little by little. I actually ended up crying the first time I attempted to go through the hypnosis part because it required surrender. Even through the audio experience, I wasn’t ready to surrender, I wasn’t ready to lower my walls.
Once I felt ready, I went back to this audio and embraced the experience. I could feel the careful attention to words, themes, and it became a safe space to surrender. Thanks for sharing this reupload, Erik. You always do amazing work but this audio was truly something else. I do hope you’re feeling better.

This is one of my favorite audios you’ve ever created. I’ve always thought, since it was a Patreon Preview, those here on CZcams were missing an amazing ending. (which obviously had to be, under the circumstances). The sound work on this one is so incredible. But to truly understand how good it is, you need the ending. TY for putting it together in this way.

Until Holodecks become a thing, I wish there could be a VR version of this with hypnotic visuals to along with the 3D audio. I’m not sure what that would entail, but I think it would be an interesting experience.

I dont know what just happened, but I listened to this audio only to dream I was awake. In this lucid dream the video ended and I scrolled through your videos and listened to another audio and read comments. I don't even know if they exist or not.
