How to Add the Cue - NBS Episode #2

In our last video, we talked about how to teach a new behavior. In class, people often ask me when we "add the word." Well, this is it! Now, we're learning how to add the cue (aka "command") so you aren't always luring.
The process for this is very similar. We just add two extra steps before the lure, click, and the treat. We start with our dog in front of us.
Give the cue word.
Pause for one second for him to think about it.
Lure.
Click.
Treat.
We call this CPLCT or "Cute Puppies Love Clicker Training"
