In terms of the cost of living , the whole world is expensive at the moment.

I was in Egypt between 2017 and early 2020 as a student. During this period, I could afford all common items. Now that I left about 4 years ago, I keep hearing a lot going on revolving around economic hardship majorly, with its ripple effects felt in other facets of life/living. I still want to go back to Egypt, but.....huh.....I hope things get better before I return.
Lol yep you are right.now with the higher immigration from the war.its not an easy matter.i hope things settle down

Definitely would like to add/recommend the apps Pink Taxi and Female Passanger for female taxi drivers!! Same thing as Uber and Indrive but a little more expensive sometimes depending on where you are going. Definitely feels waaay more safer and the drivers i've traveld with have been a bunch of very nice ladies!🩵 May Allah protect all of our sisters from evil and harm, Allahumma amiin ya rabbi🩵🤲🏽

assalamualaikum sister sundus, i am actually moving to alexandria for studying medicine in september in sha Allah...so id have to live there for thenext 6 years,can i please get a little insider about the city and some things as advices.
Well may Allah make you successful in your studies. I guess similar but I'm not familiar with alexandrite so I'm not sure how it'll be.i did go there once. The peopleseemed less aggressive then cairo and very friendly
