You guys really need to figure out your customer service. Ive been emailing you guys since November 4th and just yesterday i believe i had my solution fixed and thats only because you sent out the esc to everyone and i replaced it and the power/charging port and my board still is malfunctioning. My battery isnt working properly... and i knew it wasnt from the beginning and i told you guys that... and you insisted my board was just dead and I need to charge it... Excuse me??! My board turns off almost immediately after it powers on then the power button does nothing at all for around a minute... and the person i was emailing began with telling me nothing was wrong even after sending multiple videos. The board makes a popping sound when i plug it in too like theres a short. Said to replace the briquetting and then get back with them if it still doesn't work. Im never buying a board from meepo again.

I got this lol I Would bomb hills on my long board going about 40 mph. Have plenty of falls and some really bad falls. So I’m taking it easy now and gonna be cruising. This board is sweet.
Bro, Loving your video's. I bought this board from day one. Question what pulley and belt size did you use with the wheels in your video? Wanna try different wheel setups
Thanks fam! So the wheels and pulleys I’m using are the from WOWGO, it’s the 175mm wheels pulleys and belts, the exact same setup just on the hurricane. You can also use their cloud wheels pulleys and belts as well. These wheels make it feel like a tank, meepo also has 195mm tires on the website as well :)
Im on a v4s and i dont know if i need more torque or more to speed...I'm think 28 is decent speed but after 1500 miles and a broken foot i still want more..I might try 90mm front and 105 rear wheels to see if i regain the speed and torque...
So I'm confused I contacted support because I just ordered this board and they told me it still has the 70 Amp esc and I'd need to purchase a 100 amp if I wanted it.
Great vid! What could be more useful will be that you test this upgraded Hurricane next to other boards (Hadean, Lacroix, Kaly), so we actually see how it performs next to other big boys. Right now, we do feel that you experience a great and better acceleration, but that's only up to you. Some will feel that this acceleration is nut, other not. As soon as you compare it next to other boards, it gives you the credibility of how good the acceleration of this Hurricane is. Otherwise, keep the great job, that's some really nice content! Cheers ✌🏻
Cheers Dru - appreciate your stoke. Just pulled the trigger on my Hurricane, arriving this week. Maybe you could do a review of the 70A vs. 100A ESC, they have them on sale right now and I'm wondering if it's worth the money vs. the stock 70A. Keep shredding!
Are the new accessories like the new esc, M4S remote, base plate, etc, going to be implemented for people who purchased this board a few weeks after release? I ordered mine on November 12 and wonder if these are already implemented without us manually do it?
Just ordered one with your code. Was a tad disappointed in the power of the Zeus. Hoping I like the hurricane more. Probably be spring before it shows up but $1290 is hard to pass up.
True, I hear that the Zeus doesn’t have a lot of punch, I would compare it to the speed of my AT2, I’m pretty sure the torque on this thing will surprise you 😉
@Dru Marr you would compare what to the speed of your at2? The hurricane? The Zeus has plenty of top-end it just doesn't have that Punchy acceleration that I like, I also have an at2 but that doesn't have much torque either.
nice video dude. Just wondering how much you weigh for reference for these tests. Also, did you change the wheel size on the remote or is it still set up for the 6 inch tires?
I weigh 168 pounds, You can’t really change wheel size it just says “wheel speed 68” The remote was 1-2 mph off the gopro speed so it’s pretty accurate
35 is in street wheel configuration, smaller drive gear. (You can get 3rd party gears too from Board Bumpers and get 40mph out of this with a 29T) They sell a 23T Gear as well
I'm not going to put in the new esc yet because I don't want to take this whole board apart. The install process looks tedious, and this thing is fast enough for me....for now.
FACTS even though mode 4 take off isn’t too powerful it was plenty for me, it took a lot of glue and shrink wrap deconstruction in order to put the new ESC in, the extra torque and be unbearable at times, the older ESC had a smoother curve to it
AT2 carving monster, not very stable, but it only hits 25mph anyways, meepo hurricane is the tank, tighter bushings less carving but plows through any bump or crack very stable. AT2 slower speeds
I'm waiting on mine. I currently have the raldey all terrain V2 I'm hoping the hurricane has more torque.. cause the current one is very strong but I want more

Meepo are fairly reliable from my experience. What is exciting about this board is it something does break it can be upgraded through DIY route. ESC breaks, upgrade it. Wheels break, upgrade them. Motors break.... Just replace them. Can't really replace the deck which they drive a car over. Battery pack looks fairly bulletproof.
If you’re trying to get the best of the best right now that’ll last you years? Hurricane is it. All extra parts can be purchased on meepos website. Carbon fiber deck so it’ll never crack on you, you’ll just have to replace belts and tires once in a while
