I just absolutely love your meditations 🙏🏻 thank you ☺️ something happened that hasn’t happened in a little while. I’m not exactly sure what it is and would love to hear your or anyone’s thoughts of what it is or what it could be. As in the meditation I feel as though I am out of my body, I actually get a nauseous feeling and even though sitting I feel a bit dizzy and disoriented. I am definitely having an outer body experience, it has happened to me several times in the past, mostly when I am in water, the shower. It has happened a few times sitting like today but I definitely go somewhere else, an outer body experience. Is there a particular name for this for me to research what is happening in these moments? I try to see or figure out while I am in this state but it is difficult because I feel disoriented. I’d love to hear any feedback. Thank you 🙏🏻
