You did good job .You made your home based in Philippines and have house even I'd not too big so to save in renting.From here you can just travel around the world and come back Philippines without worrying to find apartment to rent.Ten to twenty years from now Siargao could be expensive as more tourists keep coming in. You can grow plants ,raised animals and soon you could put up your own cafes. Becoming Filipino CZcamsr has its own land and beach in Davao.
Where your surf board to put a closet not in the corner my opinion only or back the downstairs make a mini closet don’t rush to do everything take one day at a time. Just put the pots on the ground no need to holes on the walls. Plant. Veggie or spice plant 🪴 and you’re good to go. You need to burn coconut 🥥 so the mosquitoes will get rid around your house 🏡 smells nice but not for mosquitoes
u can have a bed frame that has shelves or drawers or orocan flat boxes for clothes underneath the bed frame, theres a trendy bed made up of Pallettes that u can buy very cheap that they use to carry products from trucking services. then buy flats orocan flats boxes and insert it underneath the bed, cheaper that way. i wish i could attach the pictures here. Then u can have a tube attach in the wall for hanging clothes in black so it wont be bulky and wont occupy too much space. it couod be hanging as well to maximize the space.
That sounds brilliant. I love making furniture from pallets. My son made a brilliant bookshelf and me and my partner fitted out our van using pallet wood.
I guess you do not have an architect and you design you see fit. Saves you a lot if $$$ but make sure the tiny home is sturdy enough against the hurricane. Can’t wait for the finish product 🤞
