True a lot of filipino men are very sweet, and they can only offer you small things.Most filipino men are not materialistic, and thats what good about filipino men. They can mostly offer you love but not wealth, its also a filipino christian beliefs.

Thank you for having Dorca as a guest and asking those questions. You are very perceptive Alex. I am of half Filipino and half Japanese ancestry. My mother is of Filipino ancestry and I noticed it’s more common for Filipino women to date or marry Japanese or other foreign men but I rarely see it the other way around so it surprises me when I meet other half Japanese-Filipinos where the mother is Japanese and the father is Filipino which is very uncommon. That’s very unfortunate that she still experiences racism and I’m sure if I were to leave Hawaii I would probably experience it if I were a minority in an area so I was always mindful to be respectful to other people regardless of race or ethnicity because we are one race and that is the human race! It’s really nice to hear her perspective because my mother would tell me how impoverished the Philippines is but she brought a perspective that there are other countries that are worst off in comparison to the Philippines and we should be very grateful! It’s nice to always want better but she reminded me to just appreciate what I have and make the best out of my situation. I laughed hard when you said trying to find a girl is like picking fruits 🤣

Agree. Filipinos are very sensitive (maybe even judgemental hahaha) to body language and vibes and we smell and feel if people are genuine or not and if they are deemed worthy of following and support.

they are spitting because of hyper acidity maybe 50% or more of filipinos experience that especially men because we love our street food there and as you know vinegar is one of the condiments
I feel her on the spitting, I hate when people just spit in public like that.
One particular place in the Philippines where it's very common to spit publicly, places like the Cordillera where they chew betel quid or "nganga", common to colder areas the effect of it is to make you feel warm and stay alert and some narcotic effects. In my province I've seen grown ups taking it but in a community atleast 5 people maybe.. If she's talking abt this i guess this is something cultural..

I’m now living here in the western part of NC , just like everywhere , some African-Americans are also racist towards other people of color.
