For your info, when you spun the wheel it sounded like you have over tightened the roller bearings. They will overheat and fail prematurely if left like that. Should be finger tight then tightened slightly to set fully home then backed off to nearest castellated slot for split pin. I usually carefully tighten until resistance felt then back off then repeat a second time.

You should have used the vice I gave you
sadly it broke last year mate, did really well up until that point
