3. The Smith Douglas Homes Pre-Drywall Meeting

The Smith Douglas Homes pre-drywall meeting will take place within 1 week of the home's drywall being installed. Prior to this meeting your Construction Manager will have inspected this home for the selections and structural and mechanical options, to ensure the framing was complete to our satisfaction. You'll meet your New Home Specialist and Construction manager in front of your home to be escorted through. You'll receive an outline on next steps for your home. The meeting takes between 15 and 30 minutes and is a great time to ask any questions you have from here forward with the construction of your new home.
