2. The Smith Douglas Homes Pre-Construction Meeting

Now that you've determined your home, homesite and home options, before we begin building your home, you'll be invited to join a pre-construction meeting. This is a time where your New Home Specialist and your Construction Manager will meet with you to review the plans for your home, fit on homesite and review any other unique conditions your homesite may have. You'll walk away with a better understanding of what to expect with the progress of your home and timelines. You'll be invited to access your login to our homeowner portal to track the status. This is your opportunity to ask any questions about the construction of your new home. This meeting takes about 30 minutes and will be scheduled in advance on any pre-sale homes, not already under construction. Congrats, we're honored you are taking the next step with us!
