Can you add some hillclimb monsters. Those special big wang gang time attack cars. They have lots of aero too.

This video shows you how insane F1 cars are. Almost twice the apex speed a Supercar, NASCAR Cup car, TCR etc... (which are incredible machines) like nothing

NASCAR races on banked corners, which allows them to turn at much sharper angles, increasing the G-forces to much higher than this video shows.

Personally, I'd love this format but in order from lowest to highest. I feel that might help this type of video.
Also, I'd love to see a video of minimum corner speeds across different types of corners, for the different classes. Would be pretty interesting too.

The fact IndyCar is only 30-40 KPH off mid corner and about 1 G down from an F1 car at a mere fraction of the budget is incredible! 2024 w/the hyrbid units and the massive HP bump, IndyCar is going to be some wild stuff in the coming seasons 😮
I'm not so sure. They won't have a lot more power and will certainly be heavier. Hopefully it's the case, will see!
I always forget that ETRC exists, it just looks so funny to me, but they’re bad fast for trucks. They also had some of the more consistent G forces through the turn, which surprised me, I figured the lots of HP would throw it off

Great idea for a video, would love to see this again possibly at another track with a persistent comparison somewhere on screen or after all the cars are done to see the differences!
Nice video but the result aren’t accurate, because a lot of cars did the corne too aggressive in the firs part and the movement of the wheel create a peak in the graphic, and FSAE cars can reach an hight value of lateral acceleration, 2.6 3.5
Good thing there's "Endless Floor" track, you could just steer smoothly and get the accurate value

I think the second and third corners of the porsche curves would be more representative for cars below formula classes that can reach higher top speeds like GT500 and sports prototypes. Turn 9 is a bit too slow for these cars since you’re also coming off slow already from turn 8
I had to find a balance. Slow cars would have got a higher number at a faster corner like Blanchimont while faster car would have got a higher number at a corner like the 1st Porsche Curve, as you said, or Pouhon.

IndyCar really hit 240mph (386kph) then also plus 3+ Gs in a corner. pretty amazing race cars. Nothing touches F1 though
IndyCar road configuration is ok, around 320 km/h.
NHRA would produce some interesting numbers under acceleration.

Super GT500 car are actually on par with non hybrid lmp1 atleast until they made new reg that restrict gt500 agressive aerodynamic

Yup, there are 2 categories. The first class we can enter gt3 race car as well. But the TA2 class only trans am modified class only. I read that a while ago on the website, but I could be wrong :D

Maybe I'm wrong but,I think that the Brazilian ones have either a higher speed limiter or simply not limit at all compared to the ETCR,there is the ones available in Automobilista 2 (with the Brazilian Spec),but not sure if these are really accurate in the performance part.

Something went wrong. Hypercar 3g vs dpi 3.74g? It's really weird. Maybe you made the corner on different lines.
Why? The DPis were 3.5 seconds faster than the fastest Hypercar (not the super OP Alpine LMP1) last time out in Sebring (same weekend) and they are slower in the straights. The DPis were a lot faster in the corners (lighter and more downforce)
Back in 2016. The LMP 1 and DPI are almost faster than the 2016 Mercedes AMG F1 car. And around 2016-2019 these 2 endurance programs were the fastest prototype we ever seen. 919 hybrid evo and kamui Kobayashi broke the lap record around lemans. Maybe that's why

The Formula E car was simply going too slow to max out its cornering. Also you should've put a time attack or hillclimb car in the mix.
It had to lift therefore it got there faster than it should unlike the F1 car for example which could have got there 10 km/h faster without any problem. FE cars have very little aero. I plan to do a video with cars that aren't strictly racing cars: Hillclimb, time attack, track cars....

All of these people comparing Nascar and F1 need to stop. They are two completely different sports. F1 cars are built purely for aerodynamics and performance. That’s why they look like fighter jets. Nascars are built to resemble road cars. Teams have a lot less things they can do to the car in Nascar.
100% agree. NASCAR Cup cars can't race on big ovals, small ovals, dirt, road and street courses... No other cars can do that. It was nice to see the crossover last weekend

The hypercar numbers looked a bit low, I'd expect it to beat any and all other GT cars with ease, we can see this in high speed corners where the LMPs always overtake the GTs. Maybe because it was a Peugeot without a wing, if it were a 919 Evo it would have been closer to the F1 car. But great video overall, thanks for the comparison!
The Hypercars don't have that much aero. The LMP1's produced way more downforce
