Hello Mr. Coach Lee. I truly appreciate the wonderful aspects of your legacy and establishment into an empire. I believe you change millions and millions of people in every different shape and form. I’m not talking about me but I’m thinking among the whole world. Whether it’s male or female including all races who thanks you. I want to bless you for everything. I’m sorry for the paragraph but I never express to family, or ex friend. I don’t think no one care about. I dream about an ex friend plenty of times but I don’t understand. I guess it does not mean anything. Thank you if you do listen or I don’t know.

5 months after being dumped.. it has been a rollercoaster of emotions.. how she just packed her stuff and drove away.. I was broken..but indeed..no contact helps..she’s fading away.. and now I making new friends, back in the gym on my own time, enjoying freedom.. I guess I’m moving on. But still I watch these videos.. yes, it’s a few steps forward and one backward at times..
Hang in there my friend. I noticed mine had changed. Her demeanor her texts her enthusiasm. So one night two weeks ago I thought somethings not right. I got outta bed drove to her house. There was another guy there. My immediate reaction? I just left. I deleted and blocked her. After a week I broke and contacted her. She was cold not the person I knew. I broke down poured my heart out. However that was it. No contact from here on out. Good luck sir.
You are not alone, bro.

When I move on I will not forget you guys. I will come back here and tell you there is hope, but to remain in NC for your dignity and for your future. Keeping the lines of communication open will slow down progress!
Since from how long have you been broken up? :)
Exactly, shut all lines of communication!
How is it going?
Going great. She hasn't come back but I'm improving my life in leaps and bounds. I'm becoming a better person in spite of her and I'm having a good time doing it.
Best of luck man.
My ex has taught me a lot about relationships. I accept that our relationship wasn't ideal but at least I have more awareness of my flaws and faults. The most painful thing is that I thought to myself if I accepted her flaws she would be able to accept me but it just didn't happen.
I really feel you on that
That literally what happened to me

Hi everyone, today I have decided to finally close my ex’s chapter in my life and to start a new chapter for myself. Coach Lee’s videos gave me strength every time. I listen to his videos while I’m driving, and whenever thoughts crawl in my head. I will still watch his video but only this one, for moving on. How did you get over this period?
The worst part is that I feel robbed. I feel robbed of all the time that I dedicated to him. I feel robbed of all the love and affection I gave him. I feel like I wasted a year of my life caring about him and trying to fix our relationship when I was the only one making that effort in the first place. When I told him "I love you" he responded: "I'm too young for this". I just really wanted somebody to give my love to and I was completely blind to the fact that he didn't deserve me. At all. And chances are that if you're watching this video, trying to "fix things" and to become a better version of yourself for this person, they don't deserve you either. You don't need them. Loving and respecting yourself is always more important than loving someone else.
It’s not just that I’m still in love. He was my absolute best friend in the world too. To lose both is doubly difficult. I feel completely lost.

Honestly one day at a time is all I can take on. Literally it's minute by minute. As soon as my brain gets distracted from current task, it flashes back and realized its current circumstances and feels what I can only describe as a dark sense of impending doom or dread of the reality of the situation. It overwhelms and paralyzes.

@@nutribodymilk So, I'm 4-5 months into the breakup. I do feel better, but honestly it's rough still. BUT it's gotten better in stages. All my focus has been on staying afloat and trying to feel alright and releasing feelings and focusing on me and everything you're supposed to do.
Then there's moments that set me back bad. BUT also moments where I have this new way of thinking about it or looking at the situation or the ex and THOSE are what give me a step back toward not feeling as horrible.
Like I saw a picture with her and a new guy on a tropical island vacation. It sent me into a spiral. Then 2-3 weeks after I imagined how even with the new guy she'll still flirting with other guys and causing him pain and how lucky I am to have avoided that.
Doesn't take away the pain, but that realization brought me from a 8/10 in pain to maybe a 6/10...which honestly is significant
Right now I'm maybe at 5/10 compared to the 9.5/10 that I felt before.
Just keep going forward. Trust that time will help. Keep trying to keep your healthy perspective. We have skewed perspective right now. The way your friends who are detached see it, they're the ones who are right. We'll eventually slowly get there
You are so right. It is literally minute by minute.

I remember to forgive and move forward with a positive outlook by working on finances (working overtime), career, body and emotional health, having fun, and learning how to be a better man. This video has helped me the most. My pain is like 95% loss and 5% love.
This is the best position to be in either way, wether you want back with your ex or not. Being over the PAST relationship is necessary for either path.
Day 37 of Strategic Contact. I ceased radio silence, updating my Snapchat story multiple times. She checked all of them, even late into the night when she was out with other people. She updated her story for the first time in a while but I have not checked it out, nor will I. This is all working out exactly as Coach Lee said it would.
U doing great, stay strong move on. Watching story is not breaking NC.
Just got broken up with after a 7 year relationship. 1 month later she’s out at clubs dancing and making out with lames. These woman change once they are “FREE” especially if they are influenced by single friends or family members. If you have a gut feeling about her not responding to you and etc… trust your gut feeling. Definitely ain’t worth my energy anymore. Moving on with my life. She will realize eventually she fucked up.
1 month into no contact and I don’t want him back anymore:) I am out enjoying my life and have a date next week:) I believe in always moving forward and enjoy life to the fullest. It doesn’t matter how much you love someone, the moment they prove to you that you are nothing, do not hang on. Love yourself more and stay positive and open for new beginnings.
This video has brought me to tears. I'm a week into a breakup after 2 years. Keep going over the mistakes I made and wishing I could rewind time and rectify them. I cant sleep or eat properly and I'm unable to go to work. I know its a process and bring able to watch these videos brings a degree of comfort. The feelings of grief and loss when you lose the person you love, especially when they are adamant they no longer want you, is overwhelming.
How are you?
Going through the same exact thing
How are you now?
I'm g oing thru about the same
I'm going through this right now.
It’s almost 5 months, and it’s so frustrating, the memories, the hurt and the thought of them with someone else. I’ve been strong so far but I feel like I’m slipping back into that depression 🤧
It's all part of the grieving so don't worry. It's totally normal to regress some days. Allow yourself to cry it out, don't bottle it. I'm in this phase right now as well, it's fucking shit I know but it is going to get better. We've got this.
Understand what you’re saying, it sucks when those feelings pop up, and more so because in a way you know they aren’t even worth it considering how little value you have to them. Revenge is a useless desire, but time will make them feel their unwise decisions, when all the fun is over the pain can never be erased
Stay strong. I'm there with you.
Thanks! Wishing you all the best!
Feel that today brother
Listen folks! I know it hurts. I've been there myself. 16 years together and she bounced from our marriage. It's hard in the beginning, very focking hard. However, remind yourself that it's all emotional. It's not physical. They left us, they said we wasn't good enough for them, so...why are we feeling sad about someone who threw us away? Slap yourself a few times and pick your soul off the ground. You came in this world alone and you will leave it alone. Your ex is not going to die with you. Your ex don't care about you. Get it through your head folks!! If you can't live for yourself, how can you live for someone else? Outta sight, outta mind. Live your own life and enjoy it! When the time is right, someone better will come and love you for YOU! So, stop being a wimpy ass sack of potatoes. Cow-wa-bunga dude!!!
Thank you Coach Lee. I'm 4 months in with my break up and it's been a roller-coaster of emotions. Been very determined to do the right thing ie no contact, mainly for the sake of my own dignity, I but have been frustrated with myself lately due to still feeling so much raw emotion! I really truly hope this is my last break up ever. Spent my 20s learning so many lessons & racked up so much trauma from relationships which I think people don’t talk about enough.. trying to heal from constant heart breaks/disappointments is very difficult. But I’m going to do it and be patient because while I’ll likely need to date around again - the next person I settle down with will be my LAST (hopefully, ideally).

Within two months my mum died, husband dumped me and my daughter went to live with my ex. At first I was like a rabbit in head lights and then the anger came for the last 4 years I've texted my ex, name calling. It's only since 21 April I've stopped. I love him so much but he has a new girlfriend and wants a divorce, if I had known after binge watching Coach Lee I would have stopped earlier texting and been so angry. I dont expect him to come back but the hurt has stopped and the peace of mind has given me relief. I'm just thankful of this miracle. Thank you so much from the UK.
It’s been 5 months. We talked in February, then she said she wasn’t ready. I gave her 2 months no contact and she still wasn’t ready and still wanted to bring up the past. I tried. I did everything I could, to get us back and at least try to talk. But now, it’s time to move on. If our paths cross again, I will welcome it. But I’m moving on now. Coach Lee & my family members got me through the toughest time in my life. Thank you coach.
My ex broke up with me on 1 April after a 10 years relationship. His love and care were my salvation, it is hard for me to believe that he ended it. In the past 2 months, I watched a lot of no contact videos to get your ex back, today I start to watch this move on video to heal, whatever the future will look like.
I am going through the same situación, she break with me 2 month ago after 10 years of relationship. 😢
I tried to forget him - but couldn't -
until one day I said to myself: "He's not the man you think he is.
If he was the man you thought he was, he would love you and care for you."
That's when I realized I'd been in love with a figment of my imagination -
and then I realized I was free!
That love vs. loss is so on point, Coach Lee. I was contemplating leaving for a while. The difference was that I actually made countless attempts to communicate, compromise, ask for reciprocity, connection, remained faithful and still showed up in the relationship. He on the other hand did the very opposite and slow faded his way out and eventually said he didn't want the responsibility of a relationship. Emotionally I felt sad, devastated and angry even felt like I had to try harder despite knowing at the same time, this man has shown countless times that he's immature, selfish, emotionally unavailable dismissive avoidant, dishonest, etc etc it goes on and on. I knew logically I should have ended it Yes we had great times and I believe he loved me by his way and definition of love. Nevertheless, I'm hurting so badly definitely over the loss. Was wondering is this my ego because he ended it first? Because I felt 😢discarded? Because I feel as though he was always the one giving bare minimum then nothing, so how dare he. I know I was a good woman to him. Anyway, this is validating for sure to hear about this concept. You're the best, Coach Lee and Coach Ken!

I accept that it’s over but i also accept that I love her so much. Time will heal but i have to be honest with myself if i’m to really move on and heal.
Update bro?
It's funny how so many people go thru this and nobody prepares you for this. I think these videos should be mandatory in schools WORLDWIDE
I know. And it's not taken seriously as a real personal problem either. But it's freaking serious!!!
This should litterly be a class in school lol this is seriouse man
after 23 years--we finally broke up and divorced--i still love her but life goes on and I'm doing that 1 day at a time.
It must be extremely difficult for you. Mine is 8 years and it’s always like killing me.
@@tanlianyu i have good days and then a few bad---i miss the person i met all those years ago--i still can't get over what she did to me--it was awful--it got to the stage that i couldn't trust anymore--the lies--the cheating--the stealing--the gambling---the drinking-- to name a few .
Best wishes man, that’s a big change to get used to
@@jamesmcginn8874 be strong . Wish you the best .
Keep going, it’s really hard but you can do it.
Best wishes.
This was so awesome. Best part for me was the “focus on today “ part. So good and thankful for the “take your time to grieve “ statement. I was starting to get impatient with my self saying why haven’t you gotten over this yet. It’s good to know that I can be patient with myself. Thank you coach Lee!!!
This is practical advice. It’s time I let him go.
1 year later and emotionally I’m in a way better place and I still watch Coach Lee and others to keep me grounded. I’ve been using the no contact tactic and it’s works not to get them back but for you to HEAL! I know it hurts but keep going it gets better I promise focus on improving yourself, time is on your side. Thanks Coach
When he broke up with me the first time, I watched Coach Lee’s videos and followed the NC rule. He came back for me on the 21st day when I was watching one of Coach Lee’s videos. Sadly, I was not emotionally ready for us to be together and so the relationship fail again today after 4 months. He left me again. Sometimes men come back just so they could hurt you once more. Thankfully I’m not feeling the pain as much as the first time and I’m back to watching Coach Lee’s videos. Thank you so much Coach Lee. Your videos really have been helping me along the road.
It’s legit been a year since my breakup. Got dumped at the start of quarantine. I don’t watch your videos as much these days but every now and then I check the new uploads king
it's been more than 2 years man, i feel like nothing has changed for my feelings for her
That's so rough 😞
It’s ok to take time…. The pain and the patience it takes will make me stronger.
You are the ultimate comfort online for the brokenhearted, alone watching your videos comforts us :)
I have no choice at this point but to move on, for the longest I had hoped I’d get my ex back but I’m done. he’s in a new relationship now (2 months after our 6 year relationship so that’s great) and whether it’s the real deal or a rebound relationship I’m not gonna sit around waiting for someone who couldn’t choose me, his intention was to move on to something better so once he comes to the realization that the grass isn’t always greener on the other side I’ll be hopefully fully healed and an improved me while he’s gonna be stuck in the same place bc he took no time to improve himself and his internal issues and instead just jumped into something new. 🤷🏻♀️ I can’t wait to come back and update these comments once I’m a healed woman!
This is my favorite coach lee video
I was thinking about leaving my gf but I wasn't 100 percent sure. She got to it first then suddenly I felt like I lost the world. I know there's a reason I felt that way. When I keep it real with myself I know thus was for the better.
I’m in tears. It’s exhausting trying to convince family that it was love. ❤🙏 coach lee

know it's really difficult and I've certainly been there. I don't know if you are aware, but Coach Lee has a live workshop called "Relationship Reignite." It's an incredible learning experience that I just can't say enough about. It focuses on saving a relationship from a breakup/separation and then keeping it after. It includes a coaching call each month for 6 months. You can talk to Coach Lee's team about it. I think the person for this is named Johnny and you can make an appointment with him to talk about it at myexbackcoach.com/relationship-reignite. I think you'll agree that it's an incredibly eye-opening and immensely helpful experience for you.
I don’t understand why any anyone should seek counseling and pay for it while this man is the best that I’ve experienced. Thank you Coach Lee for your soothing words and logic.
Definitely the best dating coach on youtube. Has such a soothing voice and all of the facts he talks about just make sense. Sounds like he is genuinely trying to help people. Thumbs up for a good person coach Lee!
Very calming indeed.
Thank you Coach Lee, I've been wondering if my ego and love were mixing together causing it to hurt more. Your #3 hit it on the head for me. Having a couple hurts mixed together multiplies the pain experience. When I separate them and look at them individually I can accept and understand why I am feeling like this. Thank you for all your hard work and patience to put this content out there. You are a soul saver
You have no idea how much your videos helped me. Thank you very much. I'll come back here after I moved on to thank you again.
Chonjae, I'm honored.
Another well timed message. Thank you. You are helping so many of people going through some of the hardest moments of their life
Coach Lee, the “Love v. Loss” is a very interesting point that I’d love for you to continue talking about. I realize the blow to my ego, to be rejected, despite previously acknowledging that the girl I was seeing was not “the one” for me, remarkably impacted my reaction / my view of her post-breakup. And that’s happened to me in other break ups as well; like my value (not just power) plummeted and her value was raised in my eyes, simply because she broke up with me
Absolutely 💯 percent correct

Happens to every dumpee. Rejection hits like a ton of bricks. I think it's even harder for men.
Lee Rocks,.. and has answered many of the questions I had about the Pain of being Dumped. Very Best Advise on YT for Relationships
A wise, modest and truly good hearted man..
Man, all your videos, and i mean all, help so much. Thank you, Coach Lee. You’re a life saver.
1 month of seperation and he is moving out this week. A lot of heart break but thank you coach Lee for inspiring words.
Coach lee, i am indebted to you for your support that you have given me through these videos. Thank you for helping me❤️

Thank you coach Lee! I am watching your videos everytime when I’m drown in the grieving process. Your videos smooth me so much, it helps a big time whenever I’m suffocating 😊
I really dont want her back anymore, I just wanna get over this. Please make more vídeos like this.
I want to get over my ex too may God help
Started NC almost 5 months ago, and after everything - not even a goodbye ... to this day it hurts and well sometimes I’m good, but when I think of her at all, all the memories flood back, I just feel like shes “Felt the loss” as you said and she’s just okay with the loss.
The break turned into a break up. I feel free to move on even though I love him. I can finally breath after two weeks of pain
Well said, Tracy! Good for you, you will find a true love who treats you as you deserve to be treated! Best wishes!
You always give such good sound advice...so good for the soul of a person...thank you Coach Lee!
And such a calm serene voice and demeanor, very helpful. Makes me Breathe! Thank you sir.
This video is perfect for my situation. Thank you so much. I appreciate you and your coaching❤️
You’re right, Coach Lee! I feel like it would take me a long long time to move on.
I cried and cried all alone with a kid raising along as he threw us away during the convid pandemic . Been many months(more than 5 months) I didn’t do the no contact right therefore I got hurt more . Past several days I am redoing the no contact again and each time I m hurt wanting to write to him I remember coach lee and the comments here. I am starting over day 1 not to beg. With no family supporters it makes it very difficult, but I m very proud since past days I no longer need to write my struggle and pain to him like coach lee said
Thanks for posting this coach lee. I think you're right I am associating love with loss, making the pain more excruciating. I can still find love. It just was not him.
Thank you. I was just contemplating about this today and I needed to hear this. Feels like a blessing that you posted this as I felt this way today
I feel a ittle emotionally stronger after 3mths , it's taken along time to get here & hopefully I'll be feeling even better soon , time is a great healer ...
Married for 4 years we had it all. House ,money cars, both in shape let her kids live with us for 2 years. Her daughter problems came between the marriage and i tried to stop that and then i was the bad guy. Kids moved out separated for 2 months i went to counseling, all seen my change. Wife didn't want to go to the free counseling. I wanted to save this marriage. At divorce court asked her to do marriage counseling. She kept shaking her head. It was like she had become a different person then the woman i feel in love with. Sucks. I followed all coach lee stuff but she still doesn't want to be with me,even tho life and our marriage was the best and she agreed in the 4 years that we were living the dream come true. This hurts but i hqve to respond her wishes hopefully one day she will change and realize what we had. Best of luck to all
Timely as per usual!! Thanks!
I'm so glad I found your channel, It's been really helpful to know someone understands my pain. I'm only 12 days in but I'm hanging in there.
What's the progress?
Update?
"Can i move on from this?" YES 👏 Thank you with all my Heart, I appreciate you ❤
Thank you @Coach Lee for helping so many people including me. You are the best!!! ❤️🙏
Hi Coach Lee, I watch your videos regularly, because your words give me hope and inspiration. I can truly say that your work is an effective therapy for me 😊👍🏼 It has helped me to believe that I really can move on from my break up, but now I really need to apply the recovery methods to my own life. I've watched videos of relationship coaches but it's just not the same. Thank you so much for your sound advice and keep up the good work! 👌🏽😘😁
Coach Lee I've watched a lot of your videos and I'm gonna have to say this is probably the most important video that you've ever done. I've seen a lot of relationship videos and this one for me is truly inspiring and really gives me a lot of hope for the future.
So blessed to found your channel ages ago, loyal subs here. Loved your rawness and genuine tips. Keep it up my Coach Lee! The 🐐😍
Watched all your videos and this is the best one. Actually got some relief from the whole no contact ex back thing and saw the woods from the trees
Thing I’ve learnt is I don’t want to live with anyone else because the heart ache isn’t worth it.
Once she comes over for the night and leaves the next day I am doing bare minimum with texting so I ain’t getting so attached.
If she wants to invest I’ll let her but I ain’t sending essays and calling during the week like my last girl.
When we are together I will respect her and not be cold.
When she’s gone I’ll focus on me and not blow her phone up like last time.
Once you start depending on the other person it’s game over attachment feelings grow and before you know it your back to square one alone with heart ache.
Not worth it life is far to short.
Thank you Coach Lee.
Your videos 📹 have Helped Me during this wounded Heart-break.
Stay Awesome 🥳
Coach Lee, you're a light in a dark place for me. Thank you, God bless.
