Well - I was drinking, saw she made her new relationship "Facebook official" and it pissed me off that she lied to me... that after two and a half years of a truly intense and romantic relationship, she is shacking up with a guy she barely knows... and in my drunken stupor, I thought it would be prudent to call her out on her lies. I guess, subconsciously, I WANTED to torch it because the pain was absolutely unbearable - I would sob for hours on end (and yes, it all ties in to the other failures in my life and this was just another one.) So I just NEEDED to call her out. It's not like we didn't still have a connection and from everything we ever talked about and went through during our relationship, I wanted to let her see that through that lense, that lense of our mutual understanding of honesty and love and friendship, that there's no way she didn't agree that what she did to me was wrong. It was just TOO EASY for her... I WAS depressed the last few months, and I WAS unattractive, but I feel like if she really loved me, we could see it through, but there was never once, not one time, "Hey, how can I help you get through this?? Because I love you..." but nope. She kicked me while I was down.. Christ, I know I sound like a psycho.
Anyway, I torched it. I called her out. I regret it. She's already shacking up with someone else, happily... so who cares. Just me, I guess.
Again. I know I sound like an obsessive psycho, but I know I could have done better. I just wish she could have tried to help instead of jump ship.
But. I have a new job at least, so there's that.

This video couldn’t have came at a better time.. My ex reached out to me after 2 months of no contact. I begged, I pleaded, I texted him several times after the initial breakup. But eventually I faded away, completely. I really thought this was over, it was end game. It was a really painful, but civil breakup.. But it wasn’t over. He reached out to me asking how I was doing and even said if I don’t want to reply I understand. It really does work.. it’s never too late to turn it around. You just need to give it time. @@jimmypetri12 I just kept it really neutral, sweet and short. Something like “things are good just staying busy at home on my days off. How are you” it ended up being a very good conversation. He did show signs of missing intimacy like bringing back old memories but again I kept it neutral and didn’t quite flirt back or go along with it, just a simply response to it yet respectful. He ended up offering if I ever wanted to text again, that he will be there. So it does work in your favour:) hope this helps

Guys.. please please listen to coach lee. During the lockdown In a moment of weakness I broke 32 days of no contact with my ex of 2 years. (Even after watching coach lees videos) Needless to say it went awful - just as coach lee said - it gives them an ego boost, makes them feel they are above you and they get better at rejecting you. The confrontation reopened old wounds and I pleaded until I got blocked. Please do not do what I did. If it’s meant to be they will come back in their own time. Only you can decide then whether you want to move on or not. Please don’t learn the hard way like did. Patience and working on yourself goes a long way. God bless.

Almost every year my son’s mom and I take a “break” or break up then she’s back communicating with her ex that didn’t like me and was jealous of our relationship and she knew. It’s been this way for 4 years. Once I figured out the cycle from that and our relationship I’ve decided to break the cycle and stay in no contact unless it’s about our son. When I told her I was moving she looked puzzled and shocked but idk why when she told me we’re not getting back together and she don’t wanna come back to the relationship. I was already emotionally and mentally done with not being respected as a man or as a father and done with being treated like an option. I’m back focusing on my career, my finances, my relationship with God, being a father, and being happy for myself. @Sublime from what I’ve seen, No Contact in combination with self improvement always seems to bring men back. Unfortunately I can’t speak from experience on how someone using no contact on me worked. I’ve never really dumped a boyfriend before. I think with women it just takes longer unfortunately. Maybe look at some law of attraction videos to help you along.

This vid has come just at the right time that I was trying to decipher what was going on with my ex who is showing all the 5 signs which has made me understand better. There’s still a part of me that is second guessing but that is my insecurities I guess. Coach Lee really dissects each part of the break up and reconciliation stages which is so helpful. I watched your videos & my ex & i before we broke up had a long conversation where we went wrong. We used to be so open & honest & understanding & loving with one another & I tried to remind them of how we used to be before things got difficult & hard & communication came by harder. I reminded them of when we first met & how it flowed easily & we both were respectful of each other. They agreed that they missed that & then after that conversation I did no contact. Only answering if they reached out first.. after a little while, they told me sorry & that they want to get back to what we had when we first met. Now, when I bring something up that makes me feel upset, they respond differently instead of being defensive & I’m working to do the same. I also reminded them of why we got together in the first place & how we genuinely want the same things out of life (career wise, goal wise & family wise), I told them it makes sense for us to try again if we can put our emotional sides aside so we can better work through our differences. & I have faith we can get it right this time. Thank you for your advice. I honestly followed it as best I could & it seems to be working so far!

I can’t keep reading all these sad stories! I wouldn’t wish heartbreak on my worst enemy. I know...I know how you feel! Cry, grieve, go through every emotion that you need to. But remember, every moment of sadness, is wasted moments of happiness. Are you going to keep crying, or heal and realize that you are worthy and enough to be loved, that this will get better, and if it’s meant to be it’ll be. Life is funny, so know that things will not always be in your favor, but embrace all moments, and focus on what ever outcome it is that you desire, Manifestation is real.

He still hasn’t asked for his stuff back and he didn’t throw his rebound in my face or say he’s moving on ( I found out from work colleagues) , he just asked me to leave him alone . That’s how I know he’ll be back . Thank goodness for your advice so I now understand the why’s all of this and am not deeply wounded . You have been working on yourself, you are a great person and you deserve to be with someone who appreciates you to the fullest extent. I don't just say these to give vague motivation, you are longing for a person that you put on a high pedestal but since you were able to win their hearts in the past it means you have great potential. Don't put yourself down for past mistakes when you already recognised them as mistakes. I know so many people who don't even bother to self-reflect and try to better themselves even after a breakup, you are part of the few exception. I'm absolutely sure that you will find what you feel is missing right now.

I went thru a break up recently and my boyfriend never really treated me how I wanted to be treated bit I find myself still longing to be back with him. I know its conflict between my head and heart but I dont know how to figure out what I want.

She is a bit confused I think and testing the waters...not quite friend zone...did not ignore, emailed back after 2 hours, called a few days later...kept it casual...wants to get together but kinda vague, so pumping the brakes "a bit" to see what happens...these videos help alot!

@@lisabaughn Thanks, I made it to the two month mark, but accidentally broke no contact to say that I was sorry, and just got dumped on by her and her brother. She's acting like she's the victim her, even though I am, and I am the one suffering and everything, and she's just being immature, and yet she's a little older than me. Lol.

These videos are great, but I think a lot of people who get dumped simply need to just move on with their lives instead of chasing toxic relationships. Why would you want someone who wouldn’t stick through shit until the end?
because they dont know!!!! They need experience. Like my ex and i just broke up tuesday, blocked me, etc all the childish shit but to me i was like go ahead do all that immature stuff but its okay u can have the breakup and I love etc an dtney just kept getting angry n bitter but it didnt phase me, why? because I knew they didnt know what it was like to lose someone so close to them, they never truely experienced that. whether they come back or not, i served them that experience and from person experience it changes u. Sometimes we are given the cards to hand to people to give them an experience of a life time, fortunately for me, this is my first relationship and love and hitting 4yrs this year knowing and being together. They told me last year in March they didnt love me the same, turns out they were just fucking stubborn mad, but now i know its same cycle so i didnt take it personal and yeah it hurts but im much stronger and im living my life 😎🤟🏼

I’ve made a lot of mistakes already …. I’m pretty sure I’ve sabatoged any sort of hope . I’m leaving it up to the universe and if it’s meant to be then it’s going to happen or not . In my heart I think I know it’s just us trying to figure out our own lives and health. There’s still that fear though and doubt that he’s really done because of my fears and sabotaging the relationship . I hope he can forgive me and see past everything. I’m hurting at this point

I have to object to “forgiveness”, from personal experience. Once I had to keep “forgiving” my ex after he broke up with me, on the phone, he stood me up multiple times, and found out that while I was with him, he was going on tinder before he dumped me and I was working three jobs at the time. Now he wants me back after no contact and I don’t even care about it at this point.
This quote means everything: Every time you forgive him, he Will love you a little more, but you will stop loving him, so the day he loves you the most you will not feel anything for him any more.
It’s really hard on me , I hope he will apologize to me but it’s has been half year break up ,he is on the rebound for more than3 months . How can people hurt the others and walked away like this
@@gaoang3391 because they have someone to turn to to talk to someone who will see that there’s Vulnerability there and they’re trying to use their will to connect so that they don’t think about you and so that they are keeping their mind occupied. This is what I’m going through with my ex she is on a rebound relationship with the old flame right before she broke up with me so this must’ve been going on for a while we have been together for like 22 years and she had moved to another state due to circumstances involving my oldest son in gangs to try to keep him away from the peer pressure I agree with moving with her but my career was not over you see I had at least four more years to retire and now I’m retiring in March and our plan was to him for me to move with her but in December she told me that she wanted to be free to do her. But the real truth was she was seeing this other guy and she’s not even strong enough to admit to the other guy Shes keep saying that I’m not in any kind of relationship but I know she is because my son has told me some of the things that she has been doing and saying while at home I feel like she is in a lust and Fasciation relationship she hasn’t brought another man to the house but she is driving over 6 1/2 hours to see him or he’s driving to her city to see her sometimes three and four days a week you’ll stay and she will go home go out every night but that’s OK I’ve been praying to God to get over his heart rate to let go and move forward and I suggest that’s what you do don’t sit and wait. Keep moving forward and try to stay focus on your self if you ever want to talk just let me know and we both may be able to help each other stay blessed,
@@Geeluv9 dear Walt ,thanks for telling me the whole story , and your relationship with her is much stronger than mine ,we are together only for 16 months but 3 months separation due to we are not sure about each other and he has to go graduate from master then we met again but he wants to leave again since he has a bright future in Italy and I’m in China a single mom, I agreed with him but he cried back after 3 days then we met again after 20 days after that I made visa to Italy then we engaged, when the time we were together we went to travel and 25 hours together, invested massive on each other , my family didn’t give me the docs to marry with him on feb so we decided marry around June .. then I left Italy in March but broke up on August .. I believe from my observation and friends information he met someone from tinder after 2 months we broke up .. then they’ve been dating till now.. I guess is around 3 months , last month he even changed twice pictures of him her on WhatsApp as profile.. I deleted him from ins and everywhere so I also deleted him from WhatsApp.. it’s still hurts sometimes but mostly I’m ok .. how heartless could he be .. never cared about me after break up and so on .. my ins : ewikuu

Hi Lee i have been watching your video a lot lately ,I was dating a married women who's older then me she's already married and divorced , I meet her 6 years ago , tho we live in different country but before the lockdown we see each other everymonth or twice a month, we start a business together in my country and now things are getting bad since I meet her , she's always on and off the relationship with lot of men tho she's was seeing me ,we have a house and dog together where I live , now she's don't come visit us often ths may be due to lockdown and covid , this trip she was here just a month back , and while she was here got a call from her lover asking me where she is while she was having a drink with me , I have totally stop talking talking to her it's been 20 days now during the time she's message me multiple time checking on dog and my answer is totally short and simple not being ignorent to her text , I just like her as we build something together for multiple years, I just don't know what to do with this situation and how to move on , I would love to see some video on this if you can , many thanks for all your help its very helpful .

Almost 3 weeks of NC and no word. I feel he's gone forever. But if so, I'll be okay. I thought he loved me, but maybe he doesn't. If that's the case, I didn't have what I thought I had, and what I did have, I no longer want.
