My husband, whom I take as my life guru is the most harsh, straight and hard to deal with ....but he has transformed my life into a beautiful spiritual journey...that I am enjoying ❤❤

I dont remember to have had a direct teacher like that but now that I look back, the people that I considered and have been abusive to me, very hateful and nasty, actually put a lot of pressure on me to become better, they pushed me within, pushed me to take decisions otherwise I wouldn't have had the courage to, and showed me everything I dont want to become or be like and therefore pushed me to introspection and make changes within myself, corect myself 🤔 indirectly they were my teachers. I can only be grateful because those experiences have grown me the most. 😇

A wonderful and timely video dear Guruji. I have 2 teachers. One is very subtle and another is a mixture of subtle and reality. Both are wonderful but the issue is the internal inspiration which I am currently facing. Hence your video is timely to create the pressure. Any feedback is humbly welcomed ❤🙏

Thank you! I have had teachers in school who were strict just to make their job easier. They weren't interested in teaching. I learnt them a lesson that people in power positions are often abusive so you shouldn't try to cooperate with them on their terms.

Namaskar, I love your videos and your presence. I feel like you are talking directly to me ;-) Last year I had a lot of stress and a lot of things going in the wrong directions and I started to study on how to "fix" myself. I started on what you call "meditation by John" - I laughed so much, when you said this, and I knew exactly what you meant. I found Jose Silvas Mind Control book, and it did actually help me with some basic realizations and also helped me to relax more. For instance, I was a heavy consumer of Cola and I have been trying to stop for 30 years. After reading his book I decided it was time to stop, and I stopped (same second I decided, never looked back). Obviously I wanted to know more, but Silva seems to focus on abundance, and I felt wrong about this. It does not feel like me. Then you pop up and tell me that "abundance is dark yoga", and I instantly knew this is why I did not like it! For now, I will take your 10 classes online and see how I feel about it. Love how the universe sometimes just dump your next opportunity into your lap. Be well!

Yes, external pressure is extremely important which we get from our teachers and sometimes from some worst phase of our lives.
There are much much golden informations in your content.

Why make joy a goal, seeking joy as a object. Why not just live and let life unfold, just be authentic to ourselves. I don’t want to force my way through to attain happiness if I am joy.

@@eduardphotography2751 Look for the video on Yama and Niyama (10 universal moral principles) uploaded by this channel. When you sincerely try to follow these principles you will find that a strong desire to meditate or to learn meditation comes naturally. In fact, it is impossible to do meditation without adhering to these principles of human conduct. Afterwards or simultaneously you can learn a meditation technique from this channel as well (they have a link in the description of each video). This is the way of spiritual life. I wish you all the best on your journey. Bon voyage!

all you are saying is only about feeding the ego. Ego needs obstacles, ego needs goals, purpose, not life. ego is striving when there is a struggle. more struggle, more food for the ego. easy going? ego is starving. Yoga is a way of refining and growing the ego. It is a long journey and at the end you need to let go of all that you were working for. The last obstacle is you. You will need to surrender your ego. That is the way of Yoga. It is also the way of Magic, only magic never consider the last step necessary.
Svadhyaya means self-study and study of the self. Witch one you think is more important?
about the teachers that touched me personally - there was this unorthodox philosophy university teacher whose lectures were very interesting and inspiring, but he was a devil at the exams. He said - bring all the books and notes you want and use it any way you want, so you prepared your exam very well (so we though) and then after uttering the first sentence he would stop you and ask - what do you mean by that word you just said? And if you didn't come up with something interesting or thoughtful (not necessary correct), he would say - well, I will see you next time, because I'm not interested in what you are saying, but what you think and feel while saying it.
