- I share one of the ways I get into a meditative state. There are many ways, this just happens to be one way that I do it. There is no right way or wrong way, what is important is you start meditating. Start a meditative practice to help you on your spiritual or healing journey. Hope it helps!

You mentioned being in a quiet place as to block out external stimuli, does light matter , should I be in a dark or dim room or is light irrelevant?
I prefer a dim lit or dark room. Whether it is bright or not isn't as important when starting out, but as you become more proficient you may find that dim lit rooms are better for your third eye chakra point. Especially with visualization and clairvoyance type of meditations as light can interfere with the third eye.

Quiet place, sitting (not fall asleep) or lay, 8-9 breathing nose and belly expands then out, focus on breath in and out like infinity sign, don't pay attention to other thoughts and focus on breathing, if not do it again 8-9, imagine like from heart go through your ribs spine and through earth. Try 3 mins and more and more.

Hi, I utilize my reiki practice to help shift energy and I also practice kundalini yoga to help the body move/transmute stuck energy.
In regards to transmutation or alchemy practices, do what you feel called forth to do. No wrong or right here. These are all creations or path ways for each of us to find our connection to source.

I dont know where i should meditade because i get distracted easly by noises. Do you have some advice?
I use a room in my house that is quite, like my bedroom or my office. If you find you are distracted easily by noises, consider listening to music without words, something like binaural beats or that has a repeating beat. That can help you block out other noises and help you get into a meditative place.
