Edit: actually, I tried to find out information about Dada Sadananda, the yoga guru referenced on this channel. There’s another guy. Strong German accent. No info available. So… people. Watch out. Beware your narcissistic guru. Don’t give your money to him… no matter what. There are local yoga groups, and plenty of equipment at the local gym. You don’t need to get sidetracked by the VERY LARGE SELF HELP INDUSTRY so many social media “experts” are using to “help you”.

      @@viw4879 Hello, I will answer as if you know something about ayurveda. If you dont, please feel free to ask again or search on internet. Habitual intake of fermented food increases de Pitta dosha in the body, and its accumulation can cause an agravation of the same. Depending on the quality of tissues of the individual, this may eventually lead to diseases like all type of burning, like acid reflux, pimples, irritability, poor sleep, yellow pigmentation on skin eyes and stool, excess hunger and thirst... Habitual intake of sour foods as fermened foods are can cause rakta dhatuas well (blood tissue) to become vitiated, thus causes problems on the skin, imbalance of the mind( as rakta is linked with the mind), and other problems which are causes by a vitiation of rakta dhatu. Those who are pitta predominant from birth should not take fermented food, or minimize as much as posible. Vata individuals may benefit more from sour foods, but they should not abuse them. Kapha individuals should not take them either, with some exceptions as vinegar, which has pungent atribute and may help kapha. Raw foods are normally cold potency, and will agravatte vata dosha if taken habitually, especially during winter. Pitta individuals can do better with raw food, but should not abuse them. I would not recomend them for kapha, as this benefits most of warm food. Hope this helps.
