- Hi friends! In this Adventure Vlog, I face one of my biggest fears 😰
And when I tell you it was not easy... IT WAS NOT EASY! LMAO
Why? I am extremely uncomfortable going up to strangers and interviewing them.

I love meeting people and getting to know them naturally. I don’t think a person that is introvert can go up to strangers with a camera and interview them so you are probably an extrovert with fear of new activities

I am an introvert too. I was like that when I was 16 teen 17teen. Now I am more open to meeting new people. But sometimes this frozen brain comes again. That is more of a language barrier.
But you did good and just keep going and face your fears!
PS: I am 31 now.
For every to must exist as well as must not exist, every must exist as well as must not exist which is a contradiction.
Hence what's left for us is realization of this contradiction and for realization we must be alive and this realization is applicable every moment from now hence we must work to increase life span by eliminating death causing things and doing life leading things like studying helping everyone exercise and safe making out.
Even if you didn't understand this realization you must be alive to know what must and must not exist hence you must do what's life leading for everyone or anyone and must not do what's death leading for everyone or anyone.

I actually interviewed an animal case manager at an animal shelter, because I was making a documentary about animal shelters for a school project. I remember I was so nervous that I was going to mess up. But I did it. 👍🏼 So yeah. You are right Victoria 😉

If you have good questions and you know by observing that that person seems having extroverted tendencies and traits it’s means they will listen and somehow answer your questions and be confident and cool

I can relate, I studied communications, and one of my evaluations was to interview random people. I have Social Anxiety, been a loner introvert since always, but that exercise was quite helpful. I approved!
I'm still struggling when it comes to talking to random people unless the situation really demands it.

sometimes when you see an extremely beautiful girl you just want to appreciate her from afar.
I may relate to those who refused to do the interview. tbh, I would most likely do the same because many social media interviews are totally based on weird content. After I saw your video, I realized that those who joined are actually helping you to have more confidence in yourself, and they actually did help you by joining, which is good! I believe I will think about that If someone asks me for it.

If I did attend those schools here in socal I’d be hella nervous to answer, but try my best😂😂 it’s a nerve wrecking we all go thru . Seeing videos or people talking about the nervousness makes me feel not alone, pero great video
For research studies and (in the past for appraisals) I need to do a lot of interviews and I kinda have to wing it since thinking about how exactly to do it is too stressful.
On the contrary to feeling sad rude about the scene..i would say it would be great lesson for you see to see such sides of people..to be not always the centre of attraction and its not always about us.

But here’s the thing. I was a very shy kid even in high school. And being awkward and clumsy didn’t help. But I took drama for three years in high school, which helped me immensely. Taught me how to talk in front of people without being completely nervous. Also my career in restaurant business Ive learned not to be so shy. Now I won’t shut up! lol! you can do this Victoria! You were great on the interviews! Just takes practice like anything . And I still have a problem approaching people. It’s when they come to me I have no problem, especially managing restaurants, but I find myself talking to people at concerts with the same musical interest I have. It’s always good to find common ground especially in these crazy times. Don’t give up on yourself. Never give up on yourself. Never stop dreaming, never surrender. Sorry I’m giving you all my clichés, but nothing good is easy nothing is free but you’ll find it in your heart! Fight the good fight Victoria, I love your videos you always crack me up! 🤘🏽😎💙 PS HEAVY METAL helped me not to care what people think of me! But thats just me! 😵💫

Good job I know this stuff’s not easy I’m going through similar challenge
As an introvert that has become an experienced extroverted introvert, I know the pain and anxiety of not having allot of social skills but I also know what it is to overcome such problems. Just keep practicing and take it a little at a time. Also, get to know yourself better and work on bringing out your inner true self into this reality. Also, I also recomend learning your M.B.T.I. (Myers Briggs Type Identification) personality type out of the 16 personalities. Get a start on learning your cognitive functions and how they stack on you. Eventually you will come to realize that you want to work on all 8 cognitive functions after you learn your main 4. This will of course just be the door for you to travel to much deeper territories. Learn whom you are, what you are, and grow and evolve into the person you were always meant to be. Learn to individualize yourself to become your true self in the end. You can do it, I know you can.

I have two suggestions. Write down the questions that you want to ask so you can just read if you have to. Also when somebody uses a word that you don't understand just tell them "I don't know that word, what does it mean?". if you try to pretend you may just look dumb. If you're honest you look sincere and people will respect that.

I just always was impressed with people who could speak more than one language. One day I was talking to my sister about it and she suggested that I should spend time in the town where she lived because there's a Brazilian community there. So I did that and then bought a dictionary and started studying as well. The more I learned about Brazil and the people the more I realized that Brazil was starting to grow on me or in me. I went down there once a long time ago but I spent most of the time in Sao Paulo city. Didn't really love that, it seemed pretty much like any big city. I live pretty near New York City but almost never go there because I don't like big cities.
I was going to try to write this in Portuguese but my phone only speaks English so it's pretty difficult. Also I still have to look up words pretty often to try and speak somewhat correctly and it's time-consuming. I was better but haven't been practicing much recently so I'm kind of forgetting 😞

For a first timer, you were doing great. Whether people ignored you or not, you approached and ask them, which shows that you have confidence. And the second day was better because you were wearing a white collar shirt which shows formality. The first was nice but the second one looks more elegant and since you were in a college campus, the second one is more suitable. And keep up MISS VICTORIA...🎉

I have an idea if you are located on a footpath then everyone you meet is busy walking somewhere else. But if you found a location where people aren't rushing somewhere else, like a park full of people sunbathing, or a quiet cafe, people might have more time for you. Even a gym people have to rest in between exercises (but get permission from the gym staff first).
