A few years ago, I used to do commissions on DeviantArt. I always specified that I only did sfw art. Thing is, a lot of people with specific fetishes that don’t seem like sexual things at first have ways to present fetishes as sfw art. I’d get about 3 messages a day about: “haha my OC is sooooo embarrassed XD”. So I’ve developed this latent ability to detect when someone is doing that. In Niko’s case? It’s a definitely a mix of feeder/public humiliation fetish. But that’s all there is to it. To me, it’s clear that not only is this a fetish, but Niko knows it brings in the feeder crowd and people interested in lolcows. This is a man who found a way to destroy his own health in exchange for untold wealth.

I never clocked it as a fetish, but it makes wayyyy more sense in that context. As a vegan he was not healthy. He left veganism because he was so bad at nutrition that he was essentially starving himself with an unbalanced diet. He was malnourished in the extreme. It is really sad actually because you don't have to eat the way he did as a vegan.

@Kali Obsitnik Most, if not all, vegans who actually care about veganism and see it as something more than a diet (which veganism isn't a diet, it's a moral stance/philosophy) stay a vegan for their entire lifetime. Only people who never cared or understood what veganism means in the first place (only saw it as a diet/as a way to lose weight/be healthy) will eventually go back to eating meat.
My own theory is that he either has or doesn’t have the fetish, but he absolutely found an audience and he’s so enthralled with the constant need for attention that he needs to indulge in this specific audience. Well take Amberlynn Reid, she's even more obese than Nikocado, but with her it's very unlikely to be a fetish. As a feeder, I nearly 100% agree with Adam's assessment of this guy. I think there is still a possibility that he's doing it for the feeder money as well, but it's definitely not because he doesn't know how to lose weight.
The other possibility is that his partner is pushing him to do this and he's not actually into it, he's just going along with it to please his partner, but I see that as much less likely. People who get into feedism for the sake of their partners typically don't go as far as he's gone with it before dipping out on it unless they are desperate for affection or find that they are actually into it themselves, and the guy did not seem desperate at the beginning of his progression video. It also seems far more typical (in my experience) for a fat person who isn't into feedism to use the kink as bait for feeders than it is for a feeder to be "closeted" and date skinny people to push them into feedism later on down the line.

Can definitely be apart of it. Humiliation in connection to weight gain fetish, is kinda more like encouragement in my experience. Most people probably wouldn't like to be called fatty or a fat pig etc, but for a feedee or gainer, that means that they're doing a good job at getting fat. So it's more positive. Like if you go onto any weight gain subreddits, people will post pics and put "Tease Me" in the title. So it's not really humiliation, it just would be for most people. Unless it's humiliation not related to weight gain. That's a separate thing

This is not unheard of on CZcams. There's a lot of feet videos out there and other SFW content that can be used for self-gratification. The thing about fetishes is that people will not always get off to something overtly NSFW, so it's also very easy to miss or not even regarded as a potential fetish. The motive for Nikocado Avocado making his videos *could* be dismisseed as him wanting attention which I don't doubt either, but Adam's theory makes the most sense.
