He seems to speak very maturely - I didn't feel it's scripted by his parents or whatever... Just sounds like hyperfocus Id accuse Adum of liking equally weird niche movies and childrens selections- and also speaks very interested and "presented"... Who also kept with movie reviewing... I REALLY hope Adum doesn't start doing ad reads. He's one of the few big channels I watch where I don't have to skip the first 4 minutes. And honestly, I actively avoid clicking on videos of creators notorious for long-ass ad reads.

I think it’s funny that people like Asmon, who have spent 90% of their lives online, don’t grasp the concept that when the internet considers a particular group “cringe” it’s usually talking about the absolute worst of the community. As someone who caught Lion King on Disney+ (which is also a form of supporting it), IN MY DEFENSE, this was the first "live-action" remake I had seen, and I feel like I had to at least try a few out to see if they're really that bad. After watching this and Beauty and the Beast, it confirmed for me that these live-action remakes are not worth seeing in the future.

Dude, Adam, cheers. I’m glad to hear the update about the lion king part 2. Recommendation? Figure out your living situation in the US with your boyfriend, and once you get in a new space and have that locked down, sit down with a cup of coffee (or what have you) and then you can focus in on the lion king pt. 2 with everything kind of settled in - you’ll have your time to be able to produce it. Figure out a time frame for when you’d want to be in the US by (let’s say 2026) and then from there you can have a better idea on when you can start. That said - with “mufasa” being released this year. I’d still recommend producing content around that and getting on that train. It’s not about farting something out and profiting, it’s about understanding trends. Would you be able to figure out how to come out with Lion-King related content that is not the lion king pt. 2? Have you considered re-releasing a more photo-realistic of your first lion king review? Maybe something that feels a bit more like a documentary? Have your considered reviewing an actual documentary about lions and acting like it’s the lion king? Playin. But hey, take it easy. The struggle is real for all of us.

This video has given me a lot to think about. While people are obviously wrong for inherently linking furries with sexuality and fetishism, I didn't think people were weird, or it was weird for people to do so, the way Adam says here. And very much disagreed with it. My feeling at first, watching this, was that Adum being a furry himself, stopped him from seeing fully how most people are made aware of furries, again, I wasn't saying that this isn't wrong, unfortunate or sad, it is, but I feel like the average person either doesn't know about furries, or heard about it from media talking about it as a fetish. Most people don't seem to be exposed to the idea of furries outside of that context, I hadn't given it much thought, but that's the vague understanding I had of furries until watching Adam, oh yh, the fetish right? Because that's what little "knowledge" of it I'd gotten from society. I had no negative judgment based on that, but I still had that ignorant view at least. But, I did find it weird when people link queerness with sexuality as opposed to identity, because I felt like there were far more queer people going about their lives, and it seems to take ignoring that fact and those lived experiences, in order to see those things as anything other than an identity. But, I felt like the average person has never, (at least up until this point in society) been able to see people going about their days and lives as furries, in order to gain the understanding of it also being an identity. My feeling was that it was based more in ignorance through lack of exposure, which needs more education, which, while still ignorant and wrong. Is more understandable to me than people weirdly assuming fetishism out of their own bigotry or imagination. Especially when furries seem to be a relatively small group of people, and the discourse around them online is so unfortunately skewed towards misinformation and portraying it as just a fetish. That's pretty much how I view people who make assumptions/misunderstandings about my autism. People who are in need of more education and exposure to different autistic people like myself, instead of thinking it was weird of them to not fully understand something. But, what hit me watching the video is this, I'm trans nonbinary. I could see someone making the exact same argument I had just made towards myself, there are a lot of people who have little to no knowledge of trans people, let alone nonbinary people, those people's only exposure to people like me, could in fact, be from seeing the trans catagory on porn websites. And I would view those people as ignorant, but, I would also see it as weird of them to make mine, and so many other people's identities, a fetish, which made me question. Why haven't I also been extending that feeling towards people doing that exact same thing to furries? It's always good to get a check on your own ignorance, biases and subconscious bigotry, it's hard not to have some of those things, no matter how socially conscious you consider yourself to be, just as a result of being a part of this world and culture, (I know i know we live in a society aha) but it's good to be aware of that and work on those things. This video seems to have done that a bit for me.
