  • In this video, I actually UNDO some dumb stuff, where I completely destroyed the original bumper taking the Bronco Sport a little bit too far off-road. It is not a particularly difficult job as long as you have basic hand tools and aren't scared to take stuff apart. The new bumper cost about $450 USD and arrived at my local dealership within 2 weeks.
    Thank you for watching!

I liked it but I don't like it. Looks like a real PITA. I'd never do that myself and would hate to think how much the Dealer would charge for that job. YOU NEED TO CREATE A SKID PLATE, for the BS, that protects that area. You would sell a lot of them! I'd buy one, just let me know when its ready!!!

Still waiting on them to make a steel bumper, my plastic ones trashed just waiting on someone to fabricate one!

Thanks, honestly looks like more work for the plastic bumper than installing your lift kit :D

Hy my friend I saw the vídeo and I tried to follow your steps but not working properly, than I tried my way and discovered that you have to take both headlights and the grille together for the take the bumper off, 6 screws for the top of grille and 6 screws for both headlights.
And assembly grille, headlights and bumper all together to put on back to the car.

the whole front end comes out as an assembly with the headlamps mounted onto the grille and bumper. make sure to get the bolts that are holding the headlamps together. 3 on each side. that way you can take it apart when you pull off the bumper withoput having to struggle of reaching the small 7mm bolts.

Thanks for this video! I wanted to know how to remove the fender liners because i am hoping to 'knock out' a small dent I put in the lower bumper from Off Roadin'. Thanks again!

I want to install a rouch country nudge bar and have to take the bumper off so this video helps alot!

Thanks for the video. I'm about to mount a nudge bar and wanted to know how hard it was to remove the bumper. Looks like it's pretty hard. BTW, have you ever considered sway bar disconnects? I was thinking about some of the manual ones available for Wranglers. A lot of them are adjustable and one of them might fit the Bronco Sport. But I don't know if you'd have to further modify other components as well like brake lines and stuff.

08:14 if you want to see the front without the bumper.

When you had the bumper off do you think a front mounted receiver hitch could be installed?

Can you show the 1.5 inch lift on the honda?

Hey HRG TV!. The 1.5 HRG lift for my Badlands sport is supposed to be delivered NEXT WEEK! SO EXCITED! Thanks for the bumper install video. Is there anything you have found that could protect the Bronco Sport from that kind of damage in the future? Is there interest in HRG making a front bumper plate/guard?

Are the tow hooks attached to the front impact bar? (actual bumper) or below it?

I need to replace the front sprayer for my front camera and I can figure out how to do it without removing the whole bumper. The design incentivizes buying a whole new vehicle instead of fixing anything.

you should make front tow hooks for non badlands sports.

Lmao the whole bumper grill and headlights come out all together… could have saved a lot of time

  • @chrisv0998

Thats not how you undo the bumper thats why those 2 screws in the middle seam stupid to be there and facing the wrong way. The entire front end is meant to come off at once. Bumper fascia up and down, grill and headlights. Once its off you can easily take the headlights and grill apart from the bumper.

This is way too much work. I have a dent in my right fog light area and I want to get the dent out but I dont think there is an easy way to get to the back of it now after watching this..

    • @NEFKANO
      @NEFKANO Před rokem

I hear that... I also received my first "ding" near the fog light after someone backed into my vehicle... The bumper is still straight and no alignment issues with any of the front quarter panels or hood... but a small dented in plastic bumper section... ugh... only noticeable if you look for it... yup a lot of work for that...
