Great video! I think I see a lot of people wanting to just make a quick buck and videos out there that tells them they can. So the pages are often flooded with really low quality, low effort "designs"
You're right, gotta enjoy the work first otherwise find a different platform where you can create your own version of value instead

@@mynameisliana yeah, I know, it's a common thing but at some point I don't want to pause all the time anymore and I find it annoying. So my point is maybe if you do that many texts during the video you should make them readable or just use a few. Other than that this video was informative and in your style so keep up the good work! I hope that wasn't upsetting and I helped 🤷♂️

I searched for stickers on Redbubble and on the first page saw many copyrighted images from Spongebob, Shrek, Lilo and Stitch, The Office, Star Wars, A Bee Movie, The Simpsons, Adventure Time, Aristocats, The Emperor's New Groove, Gremlins, South Park, Family Guy, Phineas and Ferb, Frozen, and lots more. I don't see how all that stuff can stay on there?

I was wondering if you know how to feature more than one collection?
I know in dashboard under 'shop settings' it lets you choose which collection you want to feature, but I've seen shops where they have multiple collections featured. Any ideas?

I think I might start a Redbubble account after I make more designs! So far I have drawn Veronica from Heathers the Musical and it took me 2 hours lol 😅 Am I able to sell musical fan art? Or animal crossing themed/inspired?
Lunar Draws It’s safer to just make fan art based on the brands in the partner program. I’m not entirely sure about those two. I know I’ve seen animal crossing related content, but I don’t think they are in the partner program.

It's been 3 or 4 months and I haven't made any sales. I do watercolor and it takes so many time and effort to turn my paintings into designs so it's super frustrating. I am careful with the tags too. :(

I only have 12 designs uploaded but I stopped mostly because I became discourage to be honest. I would love to hear your coments on my shop. You can be completely honest, I can take it. Haha. Love your videos btw ❤
Erica Almeida Your watercolor paintings are really good! I think people are more tempted to purchase when you default the design to display as a sticker. Then, if they really like it, they will check to see if it is available on products that are maybe more expensive. It’s totally up to you.
But if you are okay with just starting with some sticker sales, I’d default more of them to sticker. That lets them focus more on the design at first sight, rather than the product (shower mat, framed image, etc.) I really like the three plant design, but I didn’t see it available on a sticker. I’d at least enable it if it isn’t. :)
If you like doing the flowers, or whatever you want, I’d put up a few more and show them off as stickers before something more expensive. I understand if it’s not the direction you want to go. I’m sure you’ll sell bigger things in time, but those are a little harder to get sold. Your tags and designs look good!
Your patterns look good on the products shown! Maybe consider showing all the patterns on the same default product to create a more uniform album look.

funny thing every one of your design has a category of mini skirt ,womens dress, leggings then shower curtain, table cloths, what i mean is if you want to sell women clothes then disable same design on table cloths and shower curtain who wants to wear something that has the same design of table cloths and shower curtain or duvet.

Sure there is more DON'Ts and it seems for you is totally DO ;) I was quite surprised that YTer like you and person who is educating and giving advice to others how to do PODs and especially RB puts in her best selling design totally unrelavent tags like "tiger king, carole baskin, joe exotic, emme chamberlain, shane dawson, taylor swift, humane society, taylor swifts" + tag spamming by repeating the same word few times. I was looking for your tips but now I see that maybe I shouldn't...
I have said multiple times in my videos that it’s not worth it to put branded names in the tags. I mentioned that when I started I did, and I corrected myself in my pinned comment on my other video regarding tiger king. I’ve only ever used names when it was incredibly relevant, yet the content was original. I don’t do that at all anymore, nor would I advise it. I’m not perfect and I try to be as moral as possible. I still check my designs to make sure tags are relevant, specifically best sellers. Similar words/phrases are not “tag spamming” if they are relevant to the art. Good luck in your journey and I’m sure your tags will be fantastic!
@@mynameisliana I just mentioned tags that I found that day on your best selling product. We can always go back and re;edit them that's what surprise me. Because now it look that to be successful we have to do this wired tagging - famous people named etc...
@@Vienewi I don’t think the celeb names even helped when I did include them. I previously had celebs that were avid cat lovers for cat mom, like you said, but it wasn’t even worth it. I think most of the searches were just nouns like cat, dog, scrunchie, and I got lucky on those since I had so much posted after a few years. But yeah I totally get your point.
