The same thing happened in Oshawa

Oshawa one becoming Talize thrift store in 2024. This one planned to be converted into another store. Kitchener one was demolished and the land it's on will become a Canadian Tire built from ground up. Hamilton one was converted into OPM Sales less then a year after closing down.
