"This is the first arc Killua" hell no... I think Rob's eyes were so closed that he didn't see Killua's character development.
I've never seen someone misunderstand a character as much as rob does killua.
I mean really all you have to do is point to the second arc which was GOING TO KILLUA'S HOUSE. A literal Killua arc. But whatever. Rob is getting excited about Killua. I'm going to be happy with that and hope for more.

When Killua looks down at Youpi with that blank killer face, Rob says "This is the coolest this nigga's ever looked to me. Yo, Killua's back!" Rob is excited to see what he calls "First Arc Killua".
I think I get it now, Rob is like Killuas' family. This is how he sees Killua, how he prefers Killua. An emotionless killer ready to fuck everyone up with no remorse or mercy. That is how Killua should be, and when he's not acting like that he's being stupid. An assassin doesn't care, an assassin is quiet, an assassin kills, that's all.
I think Rob just wants Killua to be the dark assassin buddy to the main character, the guy that kills while the protagonist is being the hero. So when the main character is ready to kill someone, and the assassin is telling him to wait, Rob is like "Yo don't be a little bitch, kill her" because an assassin is supposed to kill, not stop the hero from killing.
I personally think Killua is coolest when he's in 'assassin mode', so I can kinda understand where Rob is coming from. But I don't think Rob should hate on Killua for not acting like an assassin, because Killua is not JUST an assassin anymore.

"That's first arc Killua." It's wild how he can look at Killua who's undergone soo much character development and become a completely different person and think something as dumb as this. But it isn't surprising. Rob's made it clear he doesn't care about characters undergoing emotional growth and development. He just wants to see them have cool fight scenes that show their 'willpower'. It's why he doesn't get or care for Killua's character who's one of the best written shounen characters there are.

Lol Killua is the standard shonen cool guy character he's very similar to sauske from naruto, and todaroki from my hero. Back story and all. Also his character has been the EXACT SAME since after the hunter exams. only his skill has changed.
God damm all Rob cares about is characters being savage. thats actually the problem with all of them. Instead of looking at the show as a whole piece of work that has depth, they all are just rooting for their characters to be the most savage.
Killua's previous weaknesses is what gives his characters depth. At this rate they are not gonna realize the significance and the tragedy that Gon's transformation is, they are just gonna treat it as epic savagery.

I know he’s not related to this episode it I’ve noticed you guys and many in the HxH fanbase still don’t understand Kurapika’s abilities. Kurapika has 5-6 different Nen ability but only 1 of them (Chain Jain) are only to be used on the Spiders. So he’s not powerless vs anyone that’s not in the Phantom Troupe he’s displayed he could use his other abilities since the beginning of the Yorknew Arc during his bodyguard mafia application

Here's the difference here. Generally speaking they're all the type of reactors who are more in it for the action than for the story... but that being said, most of them at least care about the story. They have a connection and they really want to pay attention to it. Rob on the other hand just sits there in his basketball clothes he likely hasn't worn out in 10 years and goes "Hey y'all. Wake me up when something happens."

While I just literally skip every part of that 'guy', for my the sake of my sanity that's on the verge to being snap. Listening him trashing talking not just Killua but every character he don't like, actually person with mindset like him can actually give much you more patience in dealing more to other people's attitude, if you were only to overcome to not hate 'his' attitude and just totally and fully ignores.

I wouldn't say Pitou has sympathy for Komugi necessarily, but more so that she has such admiration for the king, she's willing to do anything in order to fulfill his wishes. The king didn't command her to do this, he entrusted her to do it, which to me seems more impactful. Hence, her strong devotion to making sure Komugi lives.
