- Hello Everyone, Welcome back to Bapama's Kitchen. Today, we will show you how to make a tasty, old and forgotten recipe known as Kotombari Airavat.
This chutney is sweet & tangy and has been called the green panchambrat for its resemblance to the traditional prasadam that goes by the same name.
It can be made quickly using simple and commonly available ingredients and goes very well with many other dishes such as idly or dosa. If you're in the mood for some traditional sweet chutney, then this is a dish that you must try.
INGREDIENTS:
75 Grams Coriander Leaves & Stem
75 Grams Jaggery (Grated/Ground)
1/2 Coconut
3-4 Spicy Green Chillies
1 small marble sized ball Tamarind
1/4 Teaspoon Asafoetida (Hing)
Salt to taste
Water to Grind
Do try this recipe and let us know how you liked it. Enjoy!

The way she said ' tummi pura andajo shikle laik' was very funny.😅... What she said is true. U can't measure everything and then cook.
I agree 😂. But she says Practice makes perfect. Which is true 😊🙏

Andhajere cooking can be extreme sport for a lot of us. 😅 If bapama can use a dhonno (common cup) and say 1/2 or 1/4 dhonno that will be super helpful! Lovely green chutney recipe! Look forward to the next videos.
Hahaha yes I understand; you can check out the description - I will tell you how much she has used in teaspoons for smaller ingredients and using the kitchen scale for bigger ones. Thanks for watching and trying it out! It means a lot to us ❤️😊

Sure will do 👍
Don't use Aluminum plates and Plastic vessel...and Don't keep spoons directly on Gas or on platform ....and also while checking he food cook or not Don't keep on Gas stove ...use still plates. Also color that iron cutting and srapper plate. Doesnt look good... we r Goan but I like your GSB Recipe...Bapama's all recipes are too good ...
Yes, I try my best to keep it as clean and production ready as possible. The issue is that Bapama is very old school and resists change. 😂
HACCP does not apply in Bapama's kitchen, which is "extremely clean' according to her.
But thanks for the suggestions. She is really happy and appreciates your comment 😊❤
