  • As I promised I upload a video (before and after )to see how the Anti Wheelie works...on TC1 is non existent with the factory set up. On the first test,OEM set up we can see that the Anti Wheelie on TC1 is on OFF position and it does not interfere at all as long as the wheel is on air....
    On the second time I flashed it with Woolich Racing the Anti Wheelie on TC1 (even its in low sensitivity, the one I wanted) we can see it’s functional..

    Nice. Have you ever tried to wheelie with traction control higher than 1?

    I have a 2020 gsxr1000r and the anti wheelie is linked to the TC. Its more prominent if you use launch control from a standing start. But in level 1 the anti wheelie is for instances like power wheelies caused by cresting over bumps and rises......TC I start to feel it more. TC 3 and 4 TC starts to interfere with drive at lean after apexing and wont let you pile in power without backing of ignition on throttle. TC 5 and above and its like having Grandma working the throttle. One thing to note.....antiwheelie in TC 3 and above is severe and if your flying over a slight rise it backs of the throttle so hard it almost slams the front back down and wont let you ride the lift out. Any how......opinions are like assholes and this is just mine lol. What I will say is I got the GSXRR after having a 2017 KRT ninja......and the electronics are soooo much better than the Ninja. Far less intrusive in the lower settings. Stay safe Champions.

      I noticed this as well. TC3 is where it shut off the throttle practically and slammed it down hard. Does TC1 or TC2 still have wheelie control or no? Haven't tried it yet bc I just got the bike and respect it.

    On mine you can turn off the traction control. A/0 and the TC light stays on.

    Which setting will change, will it be possible?
    I contacted WoolichRacing, but I could not tell you anything.

      There is a mistake on Anti Whellie with cell 1 and 0
      On 0 cell the map is the TC1 so if someone want to adjust the Anti Whellie for TC1 will have to change the numbers of 0 cell..

      Excuse me Please tell me a bit more.
      My AntiWhellie map is cell 0 has value 0 and cell 1 has 491.5

      Excuse me . I have yoshimura conversion ECU.
      How do you turn off the antiwheelie?
      Do you get in to the ECU with a cable or something ?

    how does this work? according to suzuki there is not an actual wheelie control build into the TC?

      reflashing the ECU

    • @13jamiemark
      @13jamiemark Před 2 lety

      I've got a 2017 non R with an R ecu. I'd say the TC & AW are combined. With the TC in higher settings the bike is definately less prone to wheelie.

    • @13jamiemark
      @13jamiemark Před 2 lety +1

      Why did I buy a non R?......... It was an ex demo which I got cheep. So I put on a R ECU ( & oe blipper ), OZ wheels & Ohlins suspension, so in my eyes........ its better than an R now.

  • @ricardotoscanolorenzo6160

    Hi, Can you adjust Anti Whellie ON/OF reflashing the ECU?????

  • @Outlawv21992
    @Outlawv21992 Před rokem

    I am so confused by this video..... You have the bike in A/1 which is not turning traction control OFF. The TC off setup is A/0. With it set to 1 it will be on but it will be the least intrusive..... It seems like both videos you did in this configuration of A/1 so i'm unsure of how it was any different????

    • @Jimk7
      @Jimk7  Před rokem +1

      The difference is in Anti Wheelie control (before and after )to see how the Anti Wheelie works...on TC1 is non existent with the factory set up. He Forced it. I believe if he was taking off a Race track starting line, it would keep him from doing a Wheelie.

    I know this video is old but did you have to change anything in any other traction control maps? I have the Woolich and changed the 0 cell as you described and it didn't seem to make a difference in TC1. Bike still came right up on a power wheelie.

    • @Jimk7
      @Jimk7  Před 7 měsíci

      I don't know what could be happening, my friend, it works fine for me... you have to put a big value in cell 0, I have put 502.8 for it, try it and tell me if anything has changed

    • @Stang281472
      @Stang281472 Před 7 měsíci +1

      I was kind of wondering if maybe they corrected it and 0 is now TC off? I asked Woolich about TC1 being the 0 cell and they said they never heard of that and they are in correct order. Maybe something has changed since you made the video?
