I am so glad you added the comments while the service was ongoing for those of us that aren't as savvy in Eastern fine dining...Bravo!

What I love about this place when compared to so many others is the lack of a salt shaker being rattled over every item.
Letting the ingredients speak for themselves with minimal seasoning.

    メインで焼かれるのは、神戸ビーフですか。
    神戸ビーフは米国での音楽や映画の世界では成功した暁に食べるごほうびのような
    意味合いあるかなと思うのでね。米国資本の高級ホテルチェーンだし。

I can't find information on this set lunch anywhere on their website. Is the promotion over? Can anyone help direct me?

This video is the Teppanyaki lunch menu, which is served daily. You can make a reservation by calling the Ritz-Carlton Tokyo. Now it is offered at 11,500 yen in Japanese yen.

The trout service was so slow, I'm sure it is cold when you got it. He should not cleaned up before serving it.

    What is “raw beer?”

The Picture is the meat before baking, so it's raw meat.

If the chef had spent less time making the "teppan" shiny, you would have had hot food served to you more quickly. In other words, serve the *customer* first, then clean up. Otherwise, it's just rude.

It wasn't until all the dishes were served that the chef polished the iron plate. Food was always freshly served

@@teppanjapan2022 It did not look like that to me. He was cleaning it, and your trout was still plated waiting to be served to you. I'm glad you thought the service was better.

Then you’ll complain that there is burning food and that the chef doesn’t know how to cook because he didn’t clean up the mess. Stop being such a Karen, Ken!

@@CyndiGarguilo A Karen? Normally, I'd never see how the food was cooked. I get that this is mostly show, but cleaning up when the food is ready to be served seems... wrong.
