@@djcr8tz729 thank you!
@@WhiskeyDents you are the man!
The dude has no fear, at least with a welder or grinder. One of the best car channels on You Tube.... Go for it man ;-)
Love this budget stuff man, it shows you can do what you want on a low budget, truly inspiring
Thank you! They are a lot of fun, you definitely end up trading a lot of time for money, but they are doable.
you can hide those bumper blends with mirror window tint@@CaseysCustoms
where im at you can get a sign shop to lay a chrome sticker over it to make it almost invisible for a couple of years...and itll cost like $40
only thing that ass end is missing is a ducktail spoiler. Also wanted to say these budgets really bring out your best work because you find such creative ways to meet that budget without cutting corners and making it a hack job. your work is a testament to the idea that skill is priceless
ThNk you very much, also i like the spoiler idea!
Nah, not a train wreck. Anyone who has been working on/building cars for as long as most watching your channel, appreciate the absolute S-load of work you put into these projects. The time that goes in thats not on camera, sourcing the little parts, running out of welding wire half way through, tools breaking, etc., is appreciated and I bow to you and your dedication to these awesome projects. I'm wrapping up an '87 BMW 535 S480 turbo 5.3/4L80 swap so I get it. Good luck, cant wait to see them done.
Thank you very much. It means a lot when people notice how much damn time is in these cars lol. ❤️
Add fender flares, fit wider wheels/tires, add turbo.
I wish I had a Casey in my life I’ve got a 35 ford I’m working on cause of motivation from his videos to build something old and cool and I just don’t know a lot of what I’m doing but this guy makes a chassis swap look so easy! Love the videos keep up the amazing work man🤙
Yeah, watching Casey makes everything look easy. Keep going on the 35. Little steps. Good luck!
Dude that widened front end looks like it’s ready to attack the pavement!!! Awesome build!
Casey is half mad and half Super talented …. Great project.
He’s a great fabricator….. not such a great mechanic tho lol
@@kixtonjordan9521 I’m not gonna argue with that 🤣
BBMW Stang? She's wide, looks classy, but young at hear. All fun
🤣
Just thought I’d let you know I appreciate your videos. There’s only a few CZcamsrs that I look for all the time for fresh videos and you’re one of them. You were so talented.
Please look if there is a windshield from a different car that is wider that can be used. The front window post are way to thick in my oppinion. The rest of the build is spot on
Trust the process people!!! When he says “let’s cut some shit”. It’s game on!
Have had a great time watching this build! Plenty of "wtf, did you do that" moments, but hey, I've done that shit too. I understand wanting to have that center line focal point not marred with metal work marks, but the bumper should (my opinion) have been cut exactly like the valance and the hood. That is, by making two cuts and preserving that center line focal point. Certainly, it's twice the work, but if you would have cut out a 1ft (or close enough) section in the middle of the hood and valance, you could have saved that factory work and added in easy stuff to each side. Same with the bumper, if you had cut out a section in the middle, it would have still been "easy" and smooth metal working and everything would have lined up all the way across the front
Hmm i like that, i just don’t know that this is the car I’d do it on. I never thought about it before, honestly the 65-66 hood “peak” is so subtle in these years it never even occurred to me. I can definitely seeing that being really helpful on models with a more pronounced peak/body line. Good idea 👍
I can tell you know taht the world is not flat.. lol you know your shit.
Yeah, it looks good. The lengthening of it and the widening doesn't take away too much from its curb appeal, but as those other five people were saying the wider a pillars, I guess they're called, do look a little odd. I know you can't really make a wider windshield, unless you make some kind of weird custom glass shape. But those widened pillars, in my opinion, are the greatest eyesore.
i thought he could have used one from a bigger car like a torino, a cougar or something else and had a wider windshield but i guess the goal is to keep it as cheap as possible
If he does the speed holes in the a-pillars I think it will look just right. We shall see
I wonder why he couldn't use the windshield from the BMW?
Your energy is fantastic, what a unique and interesting build, good job 👍
He's like a mad scientist but with cars.
love your builds ive been watching for a while you are a talented man for sure keep them coming BROTHER 🤘🤘
about shining the laser on chrome , it can work if you put some blue painters tape over the chrome makes it eazier to scribe lines on too
This has been a fun build so far.
Thank you very much!
sick project hope it gotta be done ! im following it all videos
First video for me. You are one sick sick crazy skilled dude. Absolutely love how you work in a garage with mostly basic tools and are able to Frankenstein stuff together. Love the content.
Craziest channel I watch! Love it!!!
This is very impressive....so much work to do .....just proves anything is possible......great channel...
These videos make me so happy haha, love em. Always makes ma wanna create stuff
This build is awesome, an unholy union. Can't wait to see it finished. It's a real Frankenstein keep going. 👍👍
Great work sir! You have talent!
Casey your builds are off the charts , I love them all especially the Blazer . Keep on rocking . Cheers 🇨🇦
Great work Casey
Great work as always, hopefully you get more subs and views as your work is very underrated and also entertaining af
Love this project, nice work, but I would have gone with a wider front window and narrower A-pilars.. Except that 👌🏻
Great job buddy you do great work my friend. Keep the good work up
Far out wasn't sure about this one when you started but after this episode I friggin love it! Awesome vision & work Cassy👍
Casey, THE MUSTANG 🐎 IS LOOKING AMAZING!!! I LOVE THE WIDE BODY LOOK, it looks sporty and mean at the same time, perfect!!! Thanks for the video 📸.
Huge undertaking, but I'm impressed. That's bad ass. Great job. I can't wait to see the finished product!👍👍👍
I love this channel!
Looking good! 👍🏼💪🏼
looking great man.
Its looking good good job
Nice work! You have made and are making some cool rides. Anxious to see them all come together. 🔥
I agree! I'm just wondering when the hell is he ever going to get back working on his "Catalog Camaro".... errr, wait. That's Stacey David's build 😂😂😂
Hands of gold!!
Looks great all together again & your right; the back was widened an inch & the front was just a pecker length more, but the natural taper hides it well!
Love this budget builds man
Cool build Casey 😎
Really enjoying your builds down here in New Zealand :-)
Loving the way this is coming together. It has some real Mad Max vibes to it!
Don’t know how you do it man. You definitely got an eye for this type of work👍🏾👊🏽
It's awesome that you give that mustang a new life... you do great work
Nice work ❤️ 👍🏼
You got a lot going on...best of luck, looks good
Sooo cool!!❤
Damn! It looks good
The budget builds are my favorite. I actually started one because of watching you do them im doing 65 c10 on lincoln town car dirt track style build slammed to ground. I set my budget at 2 grand. Keep up the good work
Great job thanks 😊
*Tbh when Casey cut the car into a dozen pieces I had my doubts but the Rustang is really starting to come together*
You should officially call this build the Frankenstang Mustang! Looks cool and scary! 😅
Can't wait for the cool weather, working on my project all day today in south florida with a high of 94 "feels like 101".. in two days we will be in the low 60s overnight..
LOVE THE "FRANKEN-STANG!!!!
The Bustang. Love the series man
Go Casey!
Casey it's called a rear bever panel (with out hair) pmsl, and the front Aprin (with out the floppy bit with a bow) 😆 🤣 👍 👌 great fun watching u.
Can’t wait to start my budget 73 Mercury Cougar nascar tribute. Should get it next week. The guy is delivering it. I got it for 300 bucks.
Its funny making the front wider, it gives it a dodge feel, even excluding the big grill, the longer fender and wider front screams dodge some how.
You're making a really good job haha regrads from Venezuela 💪
I had a '70 Challenger and your mustang front end in similar. Over all I am liking the beauty of the beast.
Awesome job🎉🎉❤❤🤍🤍💙💙
You should buy new rear quater pannels for the wheel wells and the bottom rear quarter to weld to the rear pannel. There is nothing there, Cassey. That's a 1966? I was born in 1966! I want it! It's a 58 year old Mustang!
I wonder if a 68 or 69 front window would be wider and fit better.
Wish I had your skills in metal work. Awesome transformation
Damn, damn, damn... love the car, love you work. The Blazer and Baby are my favorites but this BMMustang is great.
Love it.
Love all your videos buddy it looks like you might need a quarter for the one side for sure or are used one budget wise
O wow you’re gonna do the whole roof incredible
Looking good
Looking good your banging it out fast
Crazy Quilt Mustang
Sweet!
New to your channel just want to say I dig the whole aura of you the shop everything ... And dude you are a beast metal worker . Everyone thinks different so have more confidence in your self and don't care what those opinionated people say about this or that . Have a kick ass day and keep up the amazing work
That's really looking good Casey. Still almost seemed impossible when you cut the Mustang body in half. Great video thanks for sharing
Its awesome Casey .id wait to lower id go to a show and tell everyone its a standard prototype mustang for larger ppl 😂
C C M, Casey Custom Mustang, not a BMW no more, love your work, u are a Forged In Fire Metal Master!! Jason, Wichita, Ks.
YesSirrr... RallyBullRaul🔥🔥🔥💪💪
Let's call her the B-Stang!!!
2012 Mazda 2 green would look fantastic 👌 on the Bmstang. Keep up the good work. I like 👍
Hey Cassie. I wish 8 had kept photos of my 66 mustang from 1972. I widened it 5 inches. You beat me by 1 inch. 😊
very nice
Looks good. Ignore the people hating on the A pillars. They’re just standing out because they’re shiny new metal. They’re no wider than a modern car, and you can hide a roll cage in them to strengthen the cut up unibody.
I completely agree with this. Those A pillars are the size of a newer car's, you could just about sell it as 'modernizing' the car. When it all has the same finish, they will blend in.
The car's fantastic, I love it!
Great work Casey. What are your paint plans for this one?
I think the quality of work is great. Whether or not it will end up looking better than a standard one will be a matter of choice of course - but as long as you love it then it is a real success. That extra space in the engine bay should be helpful too.
Those A pillars dude 😮
Excellent man. I can't believe that I have never come across your channel before. You do something so similar to me its uncanny dude. I'm in England though. So you have no competition from me,,,haha ha..✌️👍🇬🇧
I had to go shop for a snack before watching 😂😬✌🏻
Its looking great 👍Just curious. Are you adding in all the consumables like mig wire, grinding & cut off wheels, saw blades, electricity, etc... All those things can add up fast.
Cool ❤
Hi Casey. I salute you from San Diego ✌🏻men you have magic hands love your work and your sense of humor 😂 I respet your work men keep your dreams alive 🙏 and for the heaters just ignore them. 😁👍
CASEY! Hey can you do a video of how you incorporate the body to the donor vehicle? Basically like door jam fabrication and the wheel arches? Only thing that has me hesitant on starting my own body swap project. YOUDA MAN!
This looks so freaking cool. I hope you keep the ratty look.just collourmatch the fenders and roof like you did on the porsche.
Easy suspension fix. Don’t do any suspension, just set it up like a rally car. A hardtop version similar to Thomas Crown stang. Knobby tires, off road lights in grill / on roof, and spare tire mounted on trunk lid.
Sweet
I've been waiting for this video. I'm loving everything but the "A" pillars. I'm not sure you'll make them look better though.
