How to Build A Mobile Tool Cart with Drawer Storage

Check out this DIY mobile flip tool cart with drawer storage. This cart is great for the small shop. You can put 3 tools on it and roll in and out when you need it. The inspiration to build this design came from Fishers Shop and 731 Woodworks!

Would it work with a planer on one side and a mitre saw on the other?
