    Hello. Interestingly, in Poland, changing the course is punishable by imprisonment. 😅

      In the states the legality lies with the person who is selling the car on whether they are misrepresenting the mileage. Which I think is good because of situations like this where it is a replacement part and is only being changed to match what's suppose to be there. I used to have shady dealers always try and get me to roll back mileage here even though its illegal for them to do it still. (I decline those jobs obviously)

    Is it faster for you solder your wires than use something like PCbite I don’t know you might have a pining setup I just haven’t seen. Sure you have a reason

      Wires are good (and quick) enough for me. No need to get fancy.

    I just tired and carprog won’t go beyond initializing. It will do 5 attempts and then go back to the selection.
    Any idea what the issue might be?

      @@ecurepair is there a way to get in touch with you to show you some pictures?
      External power doesn’t change anything. My grey wire is connected to pin 4 in the adapter (PD 4 low) as opposed to pin 3 Pd3 high, bkdg.
      So I tried that wire, didn’t change anything.

      @@ecurepair I appreciate that. Turns out there was a bad solder joint inside the connector. Fixing that solved the issue and I successfully completed this procedure myself. Thank you!
