It takes a little trial and error to find what works best for you, but it's better than pharmaceuticals or staying home when you'd really like to participate with others. Micro-dosing mushrooms (not to get high or hallucinating) is a game changer. It's like living an entirely new life. I too seek out comedy when the anxiety and depression are overwhelming -- it still happens just not as often. Smiles!

I recently ordered something on Amazon at 10pm on a Tuesday. I don't even remember what it was now.
It was on my doorstep at 10am that Wednesday! Literally 12 hours later!
But then I live just 110 miles from a major Amazon distribution center.
But still. Out of the warehouse and 110 miles to be sorted and delivered to my doorstep but 10 in the morning!
It reminds me of stories from some of my favorite British authors from the 1930s and 40s. They would casually write about getting an invitation in the morning mail to a party that night, RSVP and drop it in the mailbox (which mailbox, I don't know. Did they ask the mailman to wait?), and it would make it to their host across town hours before the party!
So yeah. Amazon is almost as good as the mail used to be 100 years ago.
