The passport problem is real. I have issues because I don't have a license I have a tribal identification card which has my photo and info and everything but never expires. It's registered under the US Department of Indian Affairs though so it's a federally recognized identification however every place I go to wants to say "I'm sorry we can't accept that" and I have to go all Karen and be like Yes you fkn do call your manager. lol

Been traveling my whole life. That last bit about the bags was spot on. My wife had 4 bags and I had 2. She yelled at me for packing too much that I could carry her bags for her.

As someone who sucks at standing still I always walk up escalators unless there's someone in front of me in which case I let my anxiety and basic manners take over and glue me down

As a New Yorker, it’s actually rude for people to not walk up the escalator… New Yorkers don’t have the time to be patient and slow with things…. We don’t have the time for that, walk up the escalator, you will zoom up it… and if you don’t, you’re just a selfish prick. Plain and simple, so it’s not wrong for you to want to walk up… we New Yorkers will actually ask to get infront of someone who doesn’t want to walk up the escalator, never had someone say no…
Only time I don’t do it is if it’s packed, and the whole escalator is full from the top to the bottom.
@@danielandree3947 YES, thank you. Except everyone needs to know this is not only basic courtesy in New York, but everywhere. I understand people are tired or unwell or injured or just lazy and don't always want to walk up the escalator and that's completely fine as long as they're not being rude and impeding traffic!

I have ADD and always get complaints from friends for walking way too fast, and customers at my retail jobs. I've ran into countless sliding doors (I swear to God they've got slower) and am in a hurry to be fast than everyone...but I LOVE ESCALATORS and literally take a leg/knee up on the next step and just CHILL while the escalator takes me on a ride! LOVE ESCALATORS! lmao
