@@JohnDoe-gk5xj Banana is the first think people think of when I mention potassium. But since you need 3700mg a day, a banana is only a small 400mg of potassium. It's not easy getting the daily requirement of potassium. With my breakfast I have 140mg of baby spinach (780mg), with lunch is 140g of silverbeet (530mg) and 100g of broccoli with dinner (300g) and any meat at 180g size is around (500-600g). That is only 2210mg of Potassium, so add a banana (400g), but I will still need another 1000mg. It's too difficult eating all of this. But I must admit, it's bloody fantastic. Faster thinking, including what I call multi thinking, while you are busy doing one project your brain is working on the next thing you will be doing, so when you finish one task you just go from one thing to another without hesitating. Muscle memory is out of sight, playing piano now as I look at my hands it feels like I'm am detached from them and feels like I'm looking at someone else's hands as they play. I haven't felt this since I was a teenager. And physically more agile. And that is a gift once you are well over 50.

  • @sunnysavinderjitsingh6066

First, set the record straight. Protein shakes are NOT PEDs and hence are not a miraculous way to build lean muscle mass in the shortest possible time. Protein shakes are a supplement for those very regular gym goers and especially for those who take their workouts seriously and really put in the effort, i.e. highly intense workouts. It's a quick or shortest route to making a high protein meal at home. However, too much of it can lead to problems and wastages too. In addition, the best protein shakes are also pricey as there are too many of them who short change the consumer with misleading information on the label. Balance is the key.
