    I do insanity in the morning so I get it over with lol if I put it off I know I won't do it or I'll be dreading doing it all day

      Do you eat breakfast before or after workout? I'm doing Max 30 next week as my gym is closed due to quarantine.

      +kieran franey me too! My motivation to do it evenings was very low, mornings has worked out much better for me it also works very well with my schedule!

    Best time to work out is while your body is at a fastened state. If you eat before you work out, you will be burning carbs for energy. If you work out while your body is in a fastened state, you will burn up fat for energy. Better to not eat before working out if you are working out in the morning.

      @@allOizzOwell don't worry ! it's never late to start this dope thing ! STAY STRONG DUDE ! You will see some results just after 1 month. Personally i've already done 3 months of Insanity + Insanity MAX 30 (the most recent version of Insanity) And I'm getting more and more conformtable now!

      I was like you at the beginning. I was really tired after 20min. But this is normal, just keep the daily training to improve yourself then you will see the progress

    Great advice💕💕 I did T-20 in the evening and Insanity in the morning. I had thought I would not be able to exercise in the morning, but I prefer it.

      There are also good carb and bad carb too. But in my case, carb help me gain weight. And I love it!!!

    well ya he may b right but according to me i had always been doing xercise without food
    and if eat something befo doing exercise i cant do it i will easily give up and ya my every
    day exercise is mostly early morning in empty stomach soo i feel bit energitic and ya
    after hard xerise i eat a lot hell lot to gain enerfy for the day.

    6-7pm is the time that suits me, i eat healthy during the day to prepare for the workout. its all good as long as the diet and workout id regular.

    Here’s mine! I wake up at 5:30am, go to work at 6:30 I take Banana and Other Solid Protein around 12:00pm, then get home about 3:30pm. Then Start Digging Deep around 4, and right after cook a High protein low fat Real meal! It puts you in a Great state of mine!

    Can you really get ABS like that if youve never had them or never were athletic a day in your adult years?

      YES! Everybody HAS Abs, the reason most of us can't see them is because there's a layer of fat on top of them that prevents them from showing. If you want abs, you just need to exercise your core (make them stronger, more defined) and cut calories just enough to burn off some fat. As long as you're burning more calories than you're consuming, your body is forced to make up the difference somehow so it will use it's stored energy (fat). Then, once you reach your goal, just switch to a maintenance level of calories where you consume the same amount that you use.

    I'm on my 2nd day ( I didn't count the fit test as a day ) I always thought I WOULDN'T BE ABLE to workout if I'm sore as fuck from the day before but this thing about "Getting your muscles warm" Is true! It helps A LOT, it's almost like a painkiller to the soreness after you just do it for 5 - 10 minutes, You won't feel the soreness that much after warming up. Yesterday I was like OH SHIT HOW AM I GOING TO DO THIS, IM SO SOREEEE I CAN BARELY BEND MY LEG TO SIT DOWN xD but after the 10 minutes of warming up I didn't wanna stop cause I knew that if I stopped for awhile the soreness would come back and not to mention you're not suppose to stop while doing Insanity! The longest break I take is around 30 - 45 seconds ( But If I was at least 20 - 30 Lbs lighter Im sure it would always just be a 30 second break! ) What does he mean though he when says CARBS ARE YOUR BEST FRIEND? Do Carbs aid in workouts? I've heard other people that go to the Gym say the same thing.

      Carbs are your bodies fuel, human beings NEED carbs! The key is understanding good carbs vs bad carbs. The Carbs provided by fruits and vegetables (yes, they are carbs too!) are much more beneficial to your body than the Carbs found in sugar, refined foods, etc. Seek out whole grains, fruit, and vegetables for your carbs in order to fuel your body!
      When your body isn't supplied with Carbs, you will burn off your initial energy stored in your liver (Glycogen) and enter what's called ketosis. Your body begins to break down your stored energy (fat and muscle). While using your fat directly sounds nice, it commonly leads to feeling weak/lightheaded and doesn't pair well with an intense workout program. For workouts like insanity, you need the energy from the carbs pre-loaded in your system to help you dig deeper!
      Carbs = Energy
      Protein = Cellular Functions (Such as muscle repair)
      Healthy Fats = Kind of a jack of all trades, they also provide some energy, assist with nutrient absorption, and some other neat stuff, but just like Carbs, seek HEALTHY fats like nut butters and healthy cooking oils.
