It all depends on the franchise owners honestly, some try and cut corners but other's like a select few in Brum are top top quality.

Agree with you @Mohammed Nasir - I went to Pepe's Aylesbury for a quick feed and to fill a gap (no expectations based on previous visits to other Pepe's) - but instead ended up on a culinary journey of wonderousness đđđ đ€đđ
I just wish this happened to me more often to be honest, usually with these places I'm left feeling underwhelmed and unsatisfied, with the occasional 'washing machine stomach' after a feed...
The blueprint is there... all depends how well the franchise owner follows it... hard to generalise when it comes to franchises imo
I enjoy the low or mid range restaurant reviews the best. Just seems more down to earth for me. been watching since the beginning keep it up.
We have a Pepes in Cwmran South Wales and its busy 24 seven, which makes the chicken always fresh and tender

and the the chicken wings with mango and the chilli ones are to die for they fall of the bone, the foil bag they come in is full of the saucy marinade, just Banging food. đđ
I find it depends on location but you gotta go for the peri peri burger / options not fried .

The one I've been to in Bedford is fine, and I love those Peri Peri chips. I think they're really good personally.
Iâve been to a few of the local Pepeâs around and it does depend which one you go to & who works there but it is my favourite place to go for chicken for sure. The Pepe wings, peri peri chips and BBQ Jalapeño Sizzler are my go to and are absolutely delicious haha. They got their own sauces and peri peri salt they sell in store as well which I highly recommend. A strong 9/10 chicken shop

Had them yesterday, the chickânârice box meal is absolutely fucking amazeballs! Their fries are good too and their carrot cake is awesome. Definitely gonna go back for more.

Chicken and rice box is the best item on the menu, the mozzysticks are decent too chips are decent, the burrito isn't upto scratch for my liking all n all pepes is good food.
Grilled chicken breast in a soft flower bap with extreme sauce and 8 wings with sauce and 2x chips.. cannot go wrong with that order

I think this review hit the nail on the head. I love their rice boxes - The Peri stuff is great the fried is a bit hit and miss.
Pepe's in Southend is good. You should have got a rice box though. They are the best.
