Hi from Fresno CA, I am happy to have found you, I've had tinnitus for about 20 years but it was very low, so I hardly noticed it.. then late August 2023 it became very loud at times, I now know that is a spike and I know they come and go and I will be OK ..I've had them before and like you say I'm always ok..i do know some times im in habitation and that's wonderful..I also see Julian Cowan Hills video and he says we can let this go.. thank you so much for your videos. I appreciate you 💖😊🙏
