  • Hello! Today's video is an in season lower body workout for snowboarding, with a large focus on plyometric jump training for advanced snowboarders! We do a lot of advanced plyometrics for snowboard jump training, including rotational box jumps, like a 270º box jump. It's important to be strong with plyometrics for snowboarding, especially if you like to hit the park and jump. It's a lower body strength and power snowboarding workout, so you'll notice I do some complex training, such as a single leg squat to a power jump. In season snowboard strength is very important since most people can't hit the slopes as often we they'd like, so we need to make sure we're keeping our bodies ready for when we go back snowboarding again.
