  • Hello! Today's video is snowboard strength training for powerful strength and balance! It's a snowboard off season workout, focusing on building strength that will translate into power for snowboarding! We start off with some plyometrics, working on the landing and force absorption phase. These are low level plyometrics building the base before we get complex. For the resistance training portion, I'm doing french contrast training, doing a trap bar deadlift at about 92% 1RM, some hurdle jumps, and accelerated plyos. It's full body, with an emphasis on legs, core, and balance. Hope you enjoy the video! Let me know in the comments what other videos you would like me to make in the future!

      @@PowerLuxFitness you gotta teach him how to not jump so high. I’ve had to stop him from dunking on middle schoolers before he’s ruthless
