hii from uk... lovely clip of the benefits of fruits... put in a juicy way... good on you... well I bought a pineapple .. was so disappointed cos it was so tart... I did not know what to do with it.. I thought of giving it to my friends horse !!! but thought if it didn't agree with it that would worry me more.... so I decided to bake a cake with it.. ohhhh my my..it was so super delicious.. I could not stop eating it..I. make this so called healthy cake.. my own recipe using unrefined sugar .. less of it.. wholemeal flour etc...but honest it was to die for..!

I love all these fruits especially avocado my favorite I take all these fruits through out every weeks thanku fr sharing all the benefits of these fruits
Here is my daily menu since i discovered Curexa. One third to Half avacado daily. 3 brazil nuts. 1/4 cup of almonds. 1 pint of Vegetable soup 2 times daily. 1 boiled egg daily. 1 cup of blue berries (I will vary my berries from now on). 1/2 personllal sized watermellon 2 to 3 times weekley. Salmon or sardines daily. 2 to 3 Kiwis daily (keeps my regularity moving smoothly). 2 cloves lg. raw garlic daily. (I put thinly slised ginger in my soups). So far so good....
It costs a fortune to maintain this diet. Try 16 hrs fast therapy.

I've never tried grapes 🍇 frozen but everyone talks about how delicious they are. I'm definitely going to give it a try in a ice tray and see what I think. I love all different types of grapes! Green, purple and red ones.
I wash the grapes and put them in a plastic bag and toss them in the freezer. They're very good frozen.
I eat 2 bananas every day. My breakfast I 2 tbsp of oat with 1 scrambled eggs n 1 banana n fried in olive oil. Is this menu good for 73 yes old. From phil

I'm a diabetic that needs to watch my sugar levels, but boost circulation in my feet. I control my diabetes by diet and exercise and do not take diabetic medication or insulin by choice. What suggestions do you have for including fresh fruit in my diet, but not overload sugar levels. I'm also a vegetarian who tries to limit animal products like butter, eggs, milk, cheese and animal meat. I use oil, avocado and coconut oils instead of butter. I limit wheat and flour as well and use ground oatmeal and eggs to make breads. Thank you for your help and informational videos.
