Bromelian are usually throw away because it is usually hard and found in the middle of the pineapple. I thought roots contains the most powerful blood clots dissolving chemicals substances eg. Noto ginseng?
You're right! Bromelain, found in the core of pineapples, is often discarded, but it's a powerful enzyme with anti-inflammatory and blood clot-dissolving properties. Roots like Noto ginseng also contain potent compounds that support circulation and help dissolve clots. Both bromelain and certain herbs can be great for overall vascular health! 🌿🍍

If on meds, ask Doc avoutt some of these esp Grapefruit
Yes, definitely! If you're on medication, it's always important to consult your doctor about certain foods like grapefruit, which can interact with medications. Safety first!
Thankfully I eat all but maybe the grapefruit... but I've also adopted the low-dosage once-a-day asprin approach as well so hopefully between those two things (these foods and the asprin) I can keep clots minimized. (Of course I do know the asprin is working as I got a cut a few days ago and it took longer than normal to heal; longer than it used to before going on the asprin so it's working and reducing the clots but it also is good to eat some of these fruits as well for their additional benefits like the berries and avacadoes).
It sounds like you're taking a well-rounded approach to managing your health! Combining low-dose aspirin with a diet rich in fruits like berries and avocados is a smart strategy for supporting heart health and minimizing clots. Just be mindful of potential interactions between aspirin and grapefruit, as grapefruit can affect how some medications work. Keep up the great work.
Unfortunately I am unable to have grapefruit because I am on specific medication 💊
It's important to follow your healthcare provider's guidance when it comes to medication interactions. Grapefruit can interact with certain medications, affecting their efficacy or causing side effects. There are plenty of other nutritious fruits you can enjoy safely. If you need alternatives, feel free to ask!
Me too! I love grapefruit.
That’s why I refuse to take any medications!
@@curaxawhy not just eat grapefruit instead of meds.
You eat grapefruit at z hours before your medication or 2 hours after your meds so there will be no interaction with your meds
Thankyou😊

👏 All of my favourites 👍 except I don't like grapefruit.
Glad to hear you enjoy most of the recommendations! No worries about the grapefruit, there are plenty of other healthy options out there. 👍👏
Grapefruit is very good for combating cholesterol,
If a person is taking cholesterol pills and then they eat grapefruit they could get violently sick.
So if a person is have to take cholesterol pills they should get off of those cholesterol pills and get on grapefruit grapefruit does deterrent cholesterol build up in your body just don't believe me just don't believe anybody but check it grapefruit is good cholesterol pills will take you into dementia it will rob you of your CoQ10 in your heart with your heart produces CoQ10 inside our heart God he he created us magnificently and then cholesterol pills rob you of your magnesium in your legs and your fingers and your toes that's why you start hurting and aching come on now I'm telling you the truth but you need to go and get a book on vitamins and on and on nutritionist and ask even ask people that are on cholesterol pills the pamphlet that comes along with their medicine what does it say on that pamphlet if you take cholesterol pills do not do not eat grapefruit why you will have an adverse reaction
the same as when you take arthritis pills they are highly highly aspirin they are super strong but they don't take care of your headache they take care of the body the pain and the body if you get a headache and then you take an aspirin and that arthritis pill already got high potency aspirin in it you can start bleeding from the nose the eyes and everywhere else so that's why you should take a Tylenol if you get a headache and you are taking off right as pills which is high potency aspirin
So come on now shed that shed that cholesterol pills and be off in about a week be awesome at least a week and drinking plenty of water get it out your system then start eating grapefruit and a grapefruit a day would be good half in the morning have about 2 hours before you go to bed then take a vitamin called K2 K2
K2 mk7
Now they do sell a k1 but please please don't take a k1 that's not going to clean your arteries and things out.
I'm not a doctor but I keep up with this stuff why do I keep up with this stuff cuz these doctors my doctor ain't nothing the only thing I go to him for is to get me a prescription when I want to go see a specialist for something eye doctor heart specialist or something 460 see how my bangs is doing they ain't no good as soon as you come in what's wrong right appeal some cholesterol pills is killing people killing people killing people you got to take charge you got to take charge you got to start buying a book called Dr Mendel Dr Earl Mindell's
Vitamin Bible book you can get that book from Amazon cheaper if you go to a bookstore just a bookstore not a drugstore or not a market but a bookstore a private bookstore is going to cost you $9.99 but if you order from Amazon it's going to be much cheaper that is a great book that is a great great book
That book not only tells you what supplements that book tells you what supplements that is that you can have an adverse effect with things that you eat it also tells you what what medicine will rob you that's right.
I'm 83 and I'm trying to keep pushing put some more years on me you know what I'm saying but these doctors is something wrong with them they just for the greenback the dollar in the Bible is call money is called filthy . That's all them doctors looking for a day not looking to hear you cuz they look at it like this you got insurance if you go somebody else coming through the door.
Love you much love you all in Christ Jesus name be The Glory hallelujah bless your sister bless you brother amen amen amen.

Pineapple has a lot of sugar
Unripe pineapple will do
That’s why he advises to eat in moderation especially with those who have health issues
Yes, pineapple does contain natural sugars, which can contribute to its sweetness. If you're watching your sugar intake, it's important to enjoy pineapple in moderation. Pairing it with protein or fiber-rich foods can help balance its effects on blood sugar levels.

Juice …. no thank you!
Whole fruits is the way to go!
Absolutely! Whole fruits offer the full benefits of fiber, vitamins, and nutrients, making them a healthier choice than juice. Enjoy your fruits in their natural form! 🍎🍇
We all know fruits don't last long few days .so on that note why not use up the ending shelf life of your fruit's by juicing just before it rots away 😉

These fruits helps treat long c. symptoms. Are clot related.
That's good to know! Fruits like grapefruit, blueberries, and others rich in vitamins and antioxidants can support overall health and potentially aid in managing symptoms related to long COVID, including those that might be clot-related. Always consult with a healthcare professional for personalized advice and treatment. Stay healthy!
It's not proven but I think blood clothes are connected with long Covid symptoms, because I have been sick in 2020 from Covid _19 and by the end of the same year they found blood clots in my legs , later everywhere else and still have them,no matter of blood thinners and special food and fruits that I keep eating, even in my arteries in the 💜

I prefer gold kiwis - but: do they not contain a few oxalates?
So what.
Gold kiwis, like many fruits, do contain some oxalates, but they are generally considered to be low in oxalates compared to other foods. They are a great source of vitamin C, fiber, and other nutrients. If you are sensitive to oxalates, it's always a good idea to enjoy them in moderation and consult with a healthcare provider for personalized advice. Enjoy your gold kiwis! 🥝✨

How does this lecture relate to diabetic patients especially pineapple thankd
For diabetics, eat pineapple in small portions, pair with protein or healthy fats, and monitor blood sugar levels. Consult your doctor for advice.
So what’s the top 3 efficiency?
I can’t eat them
All 😆
Berries, apples, and oranges. All are nutrient-rich and generally safe.
Is this fresh fruit only ? or is canned fruit ok ?
Fresh fruit is the best option for maximum nutrients, but if canned fruit is your only choice, try to pick options without added sugar or syrup. Stay healthy! 😊🍎

Turmeric is indeed powerful for supporting blood health! Its active compound, curcumin, has anti-inflammatory and blood-thinning properties that can be beneficial for preventing blood clots. Thanks for sharing this great tip! 😊🌿
Pomegranate is very dificultty to find.
You can try oranges, berries, apples, bananas, or kiwi. They're all delicious and nutritious!
Those on statins Cannot eat grapefruit
Correct! Grapefruit can interfere with how statins are metabolized in the body, potentially leading to dangerous side effects. It's important for those on statins to avoid grapefruit and consult their doctor for specific dietary guidelines. 😊
What about if one is taking blood thinner tabs?
Then no grapefruit. That’s what doctors say apparently. Not sure about others. But definitely no grapefruit.
If you're taking blood thinner medications, it's important to be cautious with certain foods and supplements, as they can interact with your medication. Foods high in vitamin K, like leafy greens, can affect blood clotting. Additionally, supplements like fish oil, garlic, ginger, turmeric, and others with natural blood-thinning properties can enhance the effects of your medication, potentially leading to increased bleeding risk.

I like the berries portion, diabetes doesn’t allow me to eat all these advertised
I'm glad you enjoy the berries! They are a great choice for managing diabetes due to their lower glycemic index. Always consult with your healthcare provider to find the best options for your diet. Stay healthy!
Never mix raw fruit and raw vegetables since doing so causes inflammation.
I appreciate that I just did that literally yesterday had no clue but I learned something new today🤝🏾
Thank you for sharing that insight. It's always important to listen to how your body reacts to different food combinations. If you experience inflammation, it might be best to avoid mixing raw fruits and vegetables.
I found that I must eat grapefruit before any other fruits.
That's interesting to hear! Eating grapefruit before other fruits can be a good way to start your day with a burst of vitamins and nutrients. Just be mindful of any interactions if you're taking medications, as grapefruit can affect the absorption of certain drugs. Enjoy your healthy routine!
WHich fruits plz ?
Berries, apples, and oranges. All are nutrient-rich and generally safe.
All good . Except grapefruit ,interferes with medicine .
You're right-grapefruit can interact with certain medications. It's important to avoid it if you're taking medications that might be affected. Stick to other fruits that are safe for you! 🍎🍓
My doc told me not to take grapes it's not good when you are taking wafrin tablets
Your doctor is right to advise caution. Grapes, especially in large quantities, can interact with warfarin by potentially affecting its efficacy. It's important to follow your doctor's guidance to avoid any adverse effects while on blood thinners like warfarin.
When my late mother was on the warfarin, my maid forgot that she cannot take any vegetables as advised by my Doctor. You what happened? It reduced her blood from 10 to 6. She looked so pale. So took her to the Doctor and he asked what we gave her. The maid said a long bean. She thought that it was not a leafy form of vegetable. It caused the same problem. Immediately reduce her blood.
a lot of carbs for us diabetics
Managing carbohydrate intake is indeed crucial for people with diabetes. Here are some tips to help manage carbs effectively:
1. Choose Complex Carbs: Opt for whole grains, vegetables, and legumes that have a lower glycemic index.
2. Portion Control: Keep an eye on portion sizes to avoid spikes in blood sugar levels.
3. Balance Your Meals: Pair carbs with proteins and healthy fats to slow down digestion and keep blood sugar levels stable.
4. Monitor Blood Sugar Levels: Regular monitoring helps you understand how different foods affect your blood sugar.
Potato and rice; freeze em when processed. Then reheat em before consuming. Glycemic index lowered, in other words, the potato and rice have become more insulin resistant.
Strawberry, blueberries and other berries are lower in the glycemic index.
Dried white mulberry is good for diabetics and provide for a healthy snack. If possible, with some pumpkin seeds. Works against future prostrate problems and hair loss.
I do eat fruits ,no juice it helps
That's a great choice! Eating whole fruits gives you all the fiber and nutrients, which is excellent for your health. Keep it up! 🍎🍇
But you need to be pocket smart cos all berries are expensive among others.
That's true; berries can be pricey. Some budget-friendly alternatives include bananas, apples, oranges, and seasonal fruits. You can also try frozen berries, which are often more affordable and just as nutritious.
Thank you so much for this information, but I will NEVER recommend drink a glass of orange juice or others juice, must eat the whole orange with the pulp.
You're welcome! That's a great point-eating the whole fruit, like an orange with the pulp, provides more fiber and nutrients compared to drinking juice alone. The fiber helps slow down the absorption of sugar and promotes better digestion. Thank you for sharing your recommendation!
Thanks but you need to seriously think about your combination suggestions.

Pineapple is fine just not on pizza.
That's a popular opinion! Pineapple can be a delicious and healthy fruit, but its place on pizza is definitely a matter of personal taste. 😄🍍
@@curaxa if I am at a pizza party and the only pizza available has pineapple on it I am picking it off.
Haha, totally understandable! Pineapple on pizza isn't for everyone. Pick it off and enjoy your slice your way! 🍕😄
