I think you’ve got fuel and turbo enough for 700hp but without a high cylinder pressure tune you’ll probably be limited tune wise to 550-575 I’d imagine. When you take it apart to stud it get the O dawg intake, what a difference that makes! Also some nice exhaust manifolds and up-pipes while you’re at it. Cost you another $2,000 but you’ll be very happy you did it! Throttle response SO much better and snappier like a gasser.
I support this because it’s great but you gotta stud it doing all that stuff to it but happy it takes it like a champ and don’t give you a tone of major issues

BTW not necessary to remove the up pipes or turbo to install return lines on the back of the head. Did it myself in my driveway no problem.

Im running 330/150s on a stock aluminum hpop with a t4 conversion s472 with a fass 290gph pump
I know you've done so much on that 6.0 you should try doing it with the 73 Powerstroke if you haven't already done that

You need a hpop regardless, a weak hpop will even make stock injector run shitty. Hpop isn’t a mod it’s a damn Maintence part and a healthy hpop can make a break injectors power. A weak hpop can put you down 50+ hp on stock injectors factory tunes. Imagine what it does on big injectors and after market tunes.
My truck makes 785 with a s467 and 250/100s, I’m gunna guess 580-605. Hopefully it’ll hold ICP
You can run 230cc on a good hpop

I’ve been thinking the same this whole time.. 6.0s come with a pretty hardy stock tranny but it could sure use a built transmission😂
👉👉👉👉👉Put 05-07 king ranch seats and full center console in it and the woodgrain dash panel and king ranch gauge cluster and paint is oem Ford BLACK from the 05-07 truck model years with the tan king ranch bed rail tops and the 08-11 rear bumper, 2011-2016 king ranch/lariat front bumper and this truck will be the nicest and baddest single cab 6.0 on the internet!!!! 😮💨👌🏼

Smoke means loss power next thing you need to do is get that worked out I just finished my VW TDI with a hood stack while I finish the build on my 6.0 I’m pushing 643 HP no smoke my tuner said me back I first started this build smoke just means power you could of had

The next series is going to be putting a top end on the 6.0. The bottom ends in a 6.0 can hold quite a bit of power but the top end can’t.

Hey brother, please read this comment and take heed.. do not keep that straight wire that he connected from your pcm to the turbo solenoid…. Do it the right way and get a new harness and connector for it and get a new solenoid as well when you do that just for safe measures and an added precaution. If for some reason debris from the road or area you are in gets in the engine bay passed the front grill and parts and compromises that wire, or if that wire ends up getting compromised some how and grounds out, it will dry your pcm and whatever else it decides to take with it and you’ll be having to replace the pcm, ficm, entire engine harness and engine bay harness and it will be a never ended wiring/electrical nightmare because it will wreck that trucks electrical system and wires……….. so please remove that wire and replace the harness and solenoid just as any real certified Mechanic would. Idk what this “mechanic” was thinking. But straight wiring something to the pcm or anything is never the correct, safe or proper way to do anything when it comes to a vehicle especially a turbo diesel truck. Hope you read this man just want to give you some advice and much needed warning brother 🫡 the truck is so sick, makes me miss my 07 crew cab short bed King ranch 6.0 that I had……. Paid 9k at the dealership for it with 211k miles no rust…. Kick myself in the ass every time I watch your videos for getting rid of it… 🤦♂️

I personally dislike rolling coal/ black smoke it’s stupid and horrible for your truck. Gets in the oil and for those who don’t delete all of the emissions systems is hard on that and builds up in your intake.
Keep in mind I do own a Duramax and love my 06. I LOVE clean performance, that’s where it’s at. Just about to install some GalBanks equipment too!

You do realize it’s smoking till it builds boost and cleans up right? Go put dual cp3’s, 100% overs and a big single on your duramax, even with the cleanest tune, it’ll smoke like a freight train till the boost is there.

My 6.0 is at shop right now for stage 2 kc turbo and 155cc injectors can’t wait.
@@blakewoodard2699 he has the potential to be right there but with the stock hpop is unlikely it will hold icp on a full fuel tune. I would say with how the truck is right now as long as the intercooler doesn’t blow apart and the trans holds it will be right around 600 to the wheels.

Every video could have been a stock 6.0 with a straight pipe and done all the same footage you have recorded! Have not seen anything special! Could have spent zero and gone same speeds!
