As someone who has a deadly allergy Stu should have been given an Epi Pen not the heimlech maneuver . He was probably suffering from anaphylactic shock.
Also.. How on earth did he save someone from an allergic reaction with the Heimlick maneuver? Stu was not choking, he was having an anaphylaxic shock. He needed an epipen and a trip to the hospital.
You're absolutely right. It seems clear to me that Stu is not allergic to pepper; he merely told the waiter that to ensure that his dish was made mild. My mother used to do the same thing; she told the people at McDonald's that she was allergic to strawberries so she could get the fruit and yogurt parfait without the fruit.

Though it's not like it can't be scary, when he did drama, it was absolutely dramatic, even if some jokes were sprinkled throughout. Like Good Morning, Vietnam; the first half is one of the funniest movies I've ever seen, but the second half is one of the saddest with almost no jokes at all. What I don't get is why the heimlich worked on Stu. That's for choking, not an allergic reaction. They say Stu's allergic in the movie. If he was just going to choke on something, they didn't need the pepper allergy.
Me : okay so the first one that mat probably gonna mention is the fact that he faked his identity or fraud
Mat: *says everything besides his crime of fake identity or fraud*
Yeah, that's what I was thinking.
Where is it illegal to fake identity other than to federal officers or law enforcement?
Its becouse false identity wasn't illegal until five years after the movie takes place
It's not really illegal to give someone a false name, unless it's someone else's name and you're intentionally presenting yourself as that other person, which is identity theft. If you're working under a false name, you're probably working under the table. I don't know what the laws are on nannies/babysitters paying taxes, but if he were to pay taxes on his wages during this time he'd have to do it under his true identity and might have to give that identity to his employer. It's also not illegal to wear drag/cross-dress, unless you have sex with someone under false pretenses which is rape.
Except he never fakes his identity to the state or law He simply dressed up as someone as tells them a different name what isn't illegal. Unless he explicit copies someone else and or forges official documents that involve the law or state what he doesn't isn't illegal
I'm surprised you didn't included instances of fraud and tax code violations When he applied to the job, he willfully lied about his age, name, gender, and work history, and maintained the lie over an extended period of time. On top of that, he would have gotten a paid for his work as a nanny. His earnings have to be reported somehow. True, if people we aware that he William's character was the owner/operator of a cross-dressing nanny services, then he might not have any issues, he could have also legally changed his name to "x Doubtfire". But as we was conducting business in this manner ..... there are a few violations. Another question might be was he operating without any required certifications and licenses? Some businesses and services do require the operator to have certain backgrounds (here it might be not only an operator's license, but also CPR, etc).
I could get an A+ just from this comment minus the incorrect grammar because of how large it is. I'm about to 1-up you, sir eos lee. Eunectes is a genus of boas found in tropical South America. They are a semiaquatic group of snakes and include one of the largest snakes in the world, E. murinus, the green anaconda. The name Eunectes is derived from the Greek word Eυνήκτης, which means "good swimmer". Four species are currently recognized. Harvard University is a private institution that was founded in 1636. It has a total undergraduate enrollment of 6,766, its setting is urban, and the campus size is 5,076 acres. It utilizes a semester-based academic calendar. Harvard University's ranking in the 2019 edition of Best Colleges is National Universities, 2.The law affects every aspect of our lives; it governs our
conduct from the cradle to the grave and its influence
even extends from before our birth to after our death.
We live in a society which has developed a complex
body of rules to control the activities of its members.
There are laws which govern working conditions (e.g. by
laying down minimum standards of health and safety),
laws which regulate leisure pursuits (e.g. by banning
alcohol on coaches and trains travelling to football
matches), and laws which control personal relationships
(e.g. by prohibiting marriage between close relatives).
So, what is ‘law’ and how is it different from other
kinds of rules? The law is a set of rules, enforceable by the
courts, which regulate the government of the state and
govern the relationship between the state and its citizens
and between one citizen and another. As individuals we
encounter many ‘rules’. The rules of a particular sport,
such as the off-side rule in football, or the rules of a club,
are designed to bring order to a particular activity. Other
kinds of rule may really be social conventions, such as
not speaking ill of the dead. In this case, the ‘rule’ is
merely a reflection of what a community regards to be
appropriate behaviour. In neither situation would we
expect the rule to have the force of law and to be enforced
by the courts.
In this book we are concerned with one specific area
of law: the rules which affect the business world. We shall consider such matters as the requirements that
must be observed to start a business venture, the rights
and duties which arise from business transactions and
the consequences of business failure. In order to understand the legal implications of business activities, it is
first necessary to examine some basic features of our
English legal system. It is important to remember that
English law refers to the law as it applies to England and
Wales. Scotland and Northern Ireland have their own
distinct legal systems. There has been a dramatic
increase in the activities of government during the last
hundred years. Schemes have been introduced to help
ensure a minimum standard of living for everybody.
Government agencies are involved, for example, in the
provision of a state retirement pension, income support
and child benefit. A large number of disputes arise from
the administration of these schemes and a body of law,
administrative law, has developed to deal with the
complaints of individuals against the decisions of the
administering agency.

When Matpat makes a theory about a psychopath from a horror movie:"This person is the true hero of the story!!!"
When we the audience watches him talk about both of these thing:"WE LOVE IT!!!!!"
As children we support heroes but as adults we understand villains
@@agoosewithinternetaccessan3218 villains are just people who aren't given the chance to be heard.
@@helixagent1155 villains may be called villains but when we hear their intentions it kinda just changes the mood making the bad guy not look like the bad guy
@@helixagent1155 well some villains
Not all
@@agoosewithinternetaccessan3218 the difference between being heard and being listened to is actually seeing things from the other side's point of view, so I was wrong in my wording.
Villains are just people who aren't given the privilege of being listened to.
(This is my way of using my words to better the likelihood of my point getting across)
