    Siah, thank you so much for these tutorials! You are amazing! I especially LOVED the little tip on doing the extra line of stitching to really secure the foam. Brilliant!
    You keep me inspired and the creative ideas flowing. Thanks so much again!

    I really enjoy all your tutorials. I often watch on my TV and can’t figure out how to “like” on it as I can do on my iPad and laptop but I want you to know I have learned so much from watching you and always walk away with an “I can do attitude’.
    You are lovely, encouraging, and so talented. Please keep them coming.

    I love watching your tutorials as you show us how to sew everything - what it should look like so encouraging for us novices. Please keep doing that some of the tutorials don't show you what it should look like and that is very discouraging makes me not what to even try.

    A couple of questions. What tape do I use to cover up the prongs of the feet? Also what thickness is the foam? JoAnns has a fusible foam. Would that be ok to use?

    • @SiahSwag
      @SiahSwag  Před 3 lety +1

    Me again..silly question...I know you've attached the bottom accent pieces as per pattern...there must be a reason why it has to be done that way buttttt would it be a big problem to lay the piece directly down on the main body and sew it on just with topstitching like other bags do....like with the same size where they'd overlap as you would have created sewing it on the way the pattern asks. Thanks...Lindy

    • @SiahSwag
      @SiahSwag  Před 3 lety +1

    • @judithlittle511

      I wondered that too but wouldn't it make your bag shorter if you did it that way?

    • @ParchCraftAustralia
      @ParchCraftAustralia Před 3 lety +1

      @@judithlittle511 I never did try it that way but I only meant to overlap the accent on the main panel at exactly the same as the seam allowance for the regular way of attachment would be...so the overall size would end up the same for the panel. The only thing is that the top edge of that bottom overlay would be raw. However the top corner accent pieces are sewn on in a manner in which their own edges are raw...so they would actually match better in theory!
