Having Some Health Complications

In this vlog Jo has to get stitches for a mole that had to be removed before it became cancerous. This was a good reminder to go to the dermatologist to make sure that we are keeping up with our skin health. We also celebrated our sister Makenna's birthday as well as some ultra marathon training.
