I'm 5'9" and I have what one would call a very stocky, broad build... in other words kind of on the "blocky" side, yet I could take up only the bottom half of a locker if I so chose... or hide on a random shelf in the closet... I also could squeeze into a laundry bin and cover up in towels and you'd never know I was there to begin with... Until you try to pick it up XD

Yeah one of my favorite parts
Fun fact: Zero suit (and without boots) Samus is as tall and weighs just as much as Kylo Ren- standing at 6’3” and weighing 198 pounds. However, Samus is much more muscular as she was trained and raised by the Chozo.
And Samus with her suit is slightly taller and heavier.
You also have to take into account that she has Chozo DNA (and now Metroid DNA) in her body, which is bound to change her biology, maybe increasing the density of her muscles and thus body weight.

Though members of both tribes did add their DNA to her.

1:50 took me a few seconds to get, but it's because Samus was raised by a race of hyper intelligent bird-people.
This is officially my Samus. The Laid Back Warrior from Space who can enjoy some Peace and Everybody's Chill with, but when the Job needs done she gets Super Serious. I also like the Fanverse's Headcanon of Smash being her way to let go of her Anti-Social Problems for awhile....but deep down you know she still holds those Nightmares...
But then Sakurai decided to add Dark Samus into the game as if Ridley wasn’t enough already. Cloud only has Sephiroth to deal with.
