Depends on where you are from. My Guyanese Friends say Goat curry and Chicken curry. LOL! Jamaicans say "Curry Goat" and "Curry Chicken" LOL!
Surinamese also say kerrie kip(curry chicken)
They created it (their JA style) so they're entitled to name it.

How is it the cameraman is asking him the difference between Jamaicans born in America and those born at home. The culture is your culture. And David calls himself Italian and Venezuelan but he was born in the States. American born Dominicans will tell you they are Dominican. J’Lo identifies as Puerto Rican even though she was born in The States. Why do they always ask West Indians born abroad if they feel West Indians?
