I am a Christian Jamaican woman, but I’ve always admired the Rastas in Jamaica… their way of life. They have been vegans long before veganism became a thing in the West… they are usually calm, peaceful, down-to-earth, and so conscious. I’m loving this video.

So this kind of life its ok for a very small group of people but most of the world don't want to live in the bush. They are highly spiritual, they love nature and want it in tact. They understand their African connections and hope to one day set their feet on the continent they were once pulled out from. I hope to visit and enjoy this off grid life. I paused when they took you to their worship place, you got to be careful with that, it's not for everyone, what they do there is capable of taking them into a spiritual reams, very deep.

I have visited Jamaica in 1995 and lived in the Hills and Mountains of Montpelier is located near the western boundary of Saint James Parish, Jamaica, approximately 10 kilometres from the parish's capital Montego Bay.. I lived with the Don of the town who was a Natural Food and Ganja Farmer. i ate, drank, bathed and smoked directly from the Earth. I lived in a tent next to his old 1 bedroom shack with his wife and many children. They were vary generous and caring and friendly. I will never for get my experience and i long to go back someday to Visit Montpelier Jamaica. I also stayed in a tent in Negril a few feet from the Beach. It was a beautiful experience. I even bought a Nyabinghi drum in Montego Bay Market. I still have that drum today. I have played drum set and keyboards in many Reggae bands over the years.
