Lobster fish coconut wont push your cholesterol up. Its pastry, biscuit, patties ice cream that will 😊 this food looks sooooo fresh and not artificially enhanced i love this place. Hope to visit Snappaz asap.
Lobster and shrimp do elevate cholesterol levels if consumed regularly.

Awesome vlog as usual Matthew!! One question. For a person that is allergic to hot pepper, is there any food thats cooked without pepper? I'm ok with black pepper but any pepper such as scotch bonnet pepper I'm referring to.

I prefer my tripe brown stew instead of curry.
Hopefully one day when my channel gets a little bigger we can cook some food together. Maybe roti, dahl and some other things like saltfish choka
